Shameful company with no interest in customer service and completely unprofessional. Express package not delivered after a month. They tell me to go pick it up at the depo, in any other country it would be an outrage. Avoid this company athat all costs

Pure nightmare every time. Please avoid this company if you can. Specially if you live in Prague area. I have to change my review a bit. If you live outside of Prague the service is much better!

I had a call today from an unknown number at 11.08. Then I tried to call the number back(please, see the screenshots(tried to add images, but it seems it does not work)), but nobody replied to me .. tried several times from 11.38 till 11.45. At 12.53(please, see screenshot again) I receive a message telling me that my parcel should be delivered from 10 till 12(with the same number that called me attached).. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? when it is already after 12?? But it is not the end. I am opening my tracking now and it states - that my parcel IS ALREADY DELIVERED! Moreover, I tried to call them at 18.00 - they did not reply, saying they are closed, however their closing hours are till 20.00 How is that? PPL, where is my parcel. please?? 22004404222?? I am really confused, what is even happening? Is someone else having my parcel delivered in the past? Should I have a time travel machine or what in order to fetch my mail with PPL?

Package delayed, no emails, no call. I call them up, they ask for my address (don't they have it?) and phone number ("For packages from abroad we sometimes don't receive the phone number"). They promise to deliver the next day. I'm advise to call them up in the morning to confirm the delivery slot because "for packages from abroad SMS delivery notifications sometimes don't work". I call them up the next day, they tell me that the package is not being delivered today because the address is incomplete. I ask to speak with a supervisor -- not possible. She will try to get her supervisor to call me. I'm still waiting for his call. Avoid PPL like the plague. Problem is, you really can't, because DHL will use them for certain packages. But then again I've had mixed experience with DHL itself too.

They simply did not bother. My package was pre- scheduled for an evening delivery. I waited and nothing arrived. I was able to speak to someone- but, was only lies to and sent on a wild goose chase. I am now going to have to taxi to the depot (15 miles away and back) to retrieve the 30 kg bag of my (medical service) dog's special allergy food. When I called and explained the need for the package, and that This food could not be purchased in Prague- I was told to feed her a sausage...she was a dog. Thanks, genius. She is one which is medically necessary for my day to day activities...one which has been formally trained to preform countless tasks. Glad your driver decided to kick off early on Friday. I needed to starve my dog, throw money away, and stress myself to the point of tears.

I have no words. Blind people would do better delivery. I was lied that they were at my address, and now have to go outside of Prague to get my package. If I really had time for that, I would not order things online! I don't get how big company as DHL has partnership with this shameful and disgusting "company". Customer service is a fictional part of their service. If I could rate it less, no doubt I would.

This is the worst delivery company. I did not receive the package because I do not speak Czech. The delivery man left me without my parsel. The support service operator said that the delivery is my problem, and I must speak Czech. Now I should pick up my parsel, but i paid for delivery. What's about my money PPL?

I've read the bad reviews and braced myself. It seems that PPL is able to thrive and prosper with no improvement in their services for years and years now. Foreign prefix in the cellphone number is a CERTAINTY of delivery failure if you don't have a doorbell or miss it's ringing for any reason. In the year 2021 the delivery staff is only allowed to call Czech telephone numbers. I am never using PPL again on principle. Bad or absent communication, incapability to communicate in English... just sift through the other reviews yourselves.
