★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma FedEx je hrůza. Stalo to tolik, že bych mě být spíš VIP. Přijde email jesli Vás mohou zastupovat .Pro ucely celniho rizeni poskytnuti informaci o zásilce, ale ja ten den to měl dostat do rukou. Další den mi přijde SMS že mi to doručí. V kolik a jeslí nechci někam jinam? Nic. Nic takového. Volám na info co má jako být a po 10 minutak mi to nikdo nebral.
No a pak Vám zavolají že už jsou před domem. Musel jsem do práce a ne řešit jejich neschopnost. Jsem velice nespokojen.
 FedEx is horrible. It cost me so much that I would be more of a VIP. An email will arrive if they can represent you. For customs purposes, provide information about the shipment, but I should have received it that day. The next day I get an SMS that he will deliver it to me. What time and nursery do I want somewhere else? Nothing. Nothing like that. I call the info on what it's like to be and after 10 minutes no one took it from me.
And then they will call you that they are already in front of the house. I had to go to work and not deal with their inability. I am very dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dnes nám doručoval Fedex zásilku, přivezl to nějaký dopravce v bílé dodávce bez polepu, nepozdravil prý tady mi to podepište....ptám se "a co pozdrav `na to odpověď jsem Vám psal neumíte odpovědět...Jako opravdu tak se chová kurýr. Kdo jsem nějaká jeho kámoška , že mě poučuje...nikdy více
today Fedex was delivering a shipment to us, it was brought by a carrier in a white van without a sticker, he said he didn't greet me here sign it .... I'm asking "and what a greeting` I wrote to that answer you can't answer ... The courier really behaves like that Who am I some of his friends that teaches me ... never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorsi zasilkova spolecnost na svete. Dorucili mi balik i potom co jsem ho nechtel dorucit. Komunikace naprosto neprofesionalni, po par emailech dokonce naprosto přestali komunikovat. Musím zajít na pobočku a vyřešit osobně.
The worst delivery company in the world. They delivered the package to me even after I didn't want to deliver it. Communication completely unprofessional, after a few emails they even completely stopped communicating. I have to go to the branch and solve it in person.

So professional that they didn’t call me when they brought the package but the worst is that they couldn’t even find my name on the post box so they stick an unreadable note on the building door.. very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping company. If I could give zero star, I would give that to them. I ordered a parcel from different country and they charged me high additional fees without explanation. It took ages to communicate this with them and they were not responsive at all. After a long process the numbers came out totally nonsense to me, but they said it is just like that.
I have been ordering a lot from foreign countries and never had problem with any shipping provide. Worst experience ever.
Don't ever use Fedex!!!
