★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pan majitel slíbí poslat nabídku a termín, neprovedl však ani po písemné a telefonické urgenci. Nespolehlivé jednání! Chápu zaneprázdněnost v jarních měsících, ale dohody by se plnit měly.
ODPOVĚĎ MAJITELI: nejedná se o "přání jednoho zákazníka", ale o plnění uzavřených dohod. Kdyby pan majitel splnil co slíbil a reagoval stejně briskně ve své nabídce jako zde s odpovědí, pak si zde nemusel číst o neprofesionalitě svého jednání.
The owner promises to send an offer and a deadline, but did not do so even after written and telephone urgency. Unreliable behavior! I understand the busy schedule in the spring months, but the agreements should come true.
ANSWER TO THE OWNER: this is not a "wish of one customer", but the fulfillment of concluded agreements. If the owner fulfilled what he promised and reacted as briskly in his offer as here with the answer, then he did not have to read about the unprofessionalism of his actions.
