I very rarely feel the urge to comment on the Internet or social networks. However, I have to share this experience of cooperation with great pleasure. I was selling an apartment in Prague. I was in no hurry to sell, and since I used to work in real estate, I decided to sell the apartment myself. Of course, I was also contacted by realtors, they even brought a few people. And then Mr. Ondřej David from the real estate agency Archer Reality joined me. We have signed a non-exclusive contract. And so began a collaboration I hadn't experienced in a long time. In two weeks, I had so many applicants from Archer Reality that I decided to sign an exclusive agency agreement, and it didn't happen, and a reservation agreement with the buyer had already been signed. Unfortunately, it happened that already after signing the contract on the future contract, the conditions for the buyer probably changed and the negotiations on his part were extremely complicated. I will not look for the culprit, it does not make sense, everyone is right. Of course, Archer Reality could not blame the buyer for such an attitude. On the contrary, I was overly pleasantly surprised by how they handled this situation. This is because I felt the need to write about it, in order to share with a good feeling, to pass on information, but mainly to express my gratitude to the whole Archer Reality company, namely to Mr. Ondřej David. The professionalism of all involved is unquestionable. The whole administration went smoothly, efficiently and quickly, notwithstanding the above-mentioned problems. I have probably never experienced such a fascinating approach. Ondřej David was always available to answer any questions, often outside working hours. Everything was resolved immediately. It is an example of classic "personal" behavior, which is currently a rarity. In dealing with the buyer, at times of the highest tension, he always led the situation to a constructive solution, always with decent behavior (even at times when, on the other hand, there was already an abnormal lexicon), and with a positive smile. Personally, I think his professionalism goes well beyond the standard art of a real estate manager. Based on the above, it is clear that I would like to praise and recommend Mr. David and Archer Reality with great pleasure. I believe that a successful and trouble-free business awaits you when you use my advice. In the near future I will have a property for rent, I will undoubtedly contact Archer Reality and I will be happy to work with Mr. Ondřej David again (although I know that he specializes more in sales :))
