★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost. Kvůli informacím ohledně tisku triček jsem zavolal ve středu odpoledne, poté jsme si vyměnili pár emailu a už ve čtvrtek ráno byla natištěná a hotová. To vše navíc poslední pracovní den před Vánocemi. Ukazkový a perfektní zákaznický servis. Vřele doporučuji všem.
Absolute satisfaction. For information about printing T-shirts, I called Wednesday afternoon, then we exchanged a few emails and were already printed and finished on Thursday morning. And all this on the last working day before Christmas. Sample and perfect customer service. I highly recommend to all.

Potrebovala jsme urgentne vyrobit osobni darek pro kolegu a vsude mi odpovidali, ze to trva tak cca tyden. Zde mi zakazku prijali v patek s tim, ze si ji uz ve stredu rano muzu vyzvednout. Nakonec bylo triko hotove uz v pondeli a kvalita perfektni! Vrele tuto firmu doporucuji a jeste jednou dekuji za lidsky a zaroven naprosto profesionalni pristup :)

We needed to make a personal gift for my colleague urgently and everywhere they told me it took about a week. Here I received the order on foot, saying that I can pick it up Wednesday morning. Finally the T-shirt was finished on Monday and the quality was perfect! I highly recommend this company and once again thank you for the human and at the same time absolutely professional approach :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel mi hrníček přišel zničený. Chtěla jsem to vyřešit už minulý týden ve čtvrtek, ale bohužel se ozvala odezva až v pondělí ráno kde navrhovali vyměnit hrníček. Hrníček mám na úterý téhož týdne. Tedy mi to opravdu nepomohlo a já musím dát zničený dárek.
Unfortunately, the cup came to me destroyed. I wanted to solve it last week on Thursday, but unfortunately the response did not come until Monday morning, where they suggested replacing the cup. I have a mug for Tuesday of the same week. So it didn't really help me and I have to give a ruined gift.
