Telefonická domluva byla, že půjde o ofsetový tisk, po vytisknutí jsem se víceméně mezi řečí dozvěděla, že bylo vytisknuto digitálně. Problém je i s tloušťkou papíru - 200 gr křídový papír, který byl použitý je velmi tenký, ve srovnání se stejnou gramáží papíru, na kterém jsme tiskli dříve. Když jsem si stěžovala, bylo mi řečeno, že jsem si mohla nechat udělat zkušební tisk - nicméně předem mi nebyl nabídnut. Tuto tiskárnu nedoporučuji - nevstřícné, nekomunikativní jednání majitele, dlouhý termín dodání. Podruhé bych se na tuto firmu neobrátila, mělo mě varovat již to, že i cenovou nabídku jsem musela urgovat. We printed for the first time in this printer. The problem is with the thickness of the paper - 200 gr coated paper, which was used is very thin, compared to the same weight of paper we printed on previously. When I complained, I was told that I could get a trial print - but he wasn't offered in advance. I do not recommend this printer - unfriendly, non-communicative behavior of the owner, long delivery. The second time I would not turn to this company, I should have warned that the price I had to urge.
