H	Hana Havlíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opakovaně špatná zkušenost. Problém byl v zásadě "jednoduchý" - pc se odmítal zapnout a nereagoval. Jeden ze zaměstnanců zakázku přijal, pc prověřil a oznámil mi, že bohužel základní deska mého pc je zcela bez odezvy a je tedy již nenávratně mimo provoz. Přemluvila jsem jej, zda by jej ještě nemohl zaslat do autorizovaného servisu HP na kompletní diagnostiku, než se ho nadobro zbavím. Světe div se, pc se vrátil opravený - oprava stála pouhých 100,- a šlo pouze o dysfunkci tlačítka na zapínání pc! Smutné je, že takto bych mohla pokračovat... Dodatek: na základě této recenze jsem byla následně telefonicky atakována. Přidávám tedy další a poslední zkušenost - z tohoto týdne: na ntb po chvíli zapnutí rychle zčernala obrazovka. Po přijaté zakázce (zakázka na jméni mého manžela) trvala "oprava" jen pár dní, avšak při předání zaměstnanec uvedl, že ntb pročistil, zkontroloval kontakty a s komentářem, že "neví, co s tím, že si s tím neví rady" si řekl za pročištění dále nefunkčního ntb asi 500,-. Po následném využití služeb jiného servisu v Dejvické ulici nám do dvou dnů dorazila nabídka na opravu (jednalo se o selhání grafické karty). Diagnostika sama byla v tomto servisu bezplatná! Repeatedly bad experience. The problem was basically "simple" - PC refused to turn on and did not respond. One of the employees received the order, checked the pc and told me that unfortunately the motherboard of my pc is completely unresponsive and is therefore irreversibly out of order. I told him if he could still send it to an HP Authorized Service for a complete diagnosis before I got rid of it for good. The world is wondering, the pc has returned fixed - the repair cost only 100, - and it was only the dysfunction of the button to turn on the pc! It's sad that I could go on like this ... Appendix: Based on this review, I was subsequently contacted by phone. So I add another and last experience - this week: on the ntb after a moment of turning on, the screen quickly blackened. After receiving a job (my spouse's contract), it took a "fix" for just a few days, but during the handover, the employee said he had cleansed the ntb, checked the contacts, and commented that "he did not know what he did not know about" for cleaning a further non - functional ntb of about 500, -. Following the use of another service in Dejvická Street, we received a repair offer within two days (a graphic card failure). Diagnosis itself was free in this service!

Pokud si nechám postavit na klíč drahou sestavu očekávám, že se tomu v servisu budou odpovídajícím způsobem věnovat, případně si řeknou o příplatek. Reálně to dopadlo následovně. 1. druhý HDD byl osazen ale nepřipojen do zdroje. 2. větráky skříně natvrdo do desky místo do rozbočovače řízení otáček. 3. nebylo vráceno příslušenství, takže např. kabel pro HDD jsem si musel obstarat sám. 4. nebyly naistalovány drivery základní desky, prostě tam vrazili W10 a konec. 5. reakce majitele: .....kolega v servisu toho má hodně.... If I have a turnkey assembly of an expensive assembly, I expect that they will take care of it adequately in the service, or ask for an extra charge. In fact, it turned out as follows. 1st second HDD was fitted but not connected to the power supply. 2. Hard box fans into the board instead of the speed control hub. 3. the accessories have not been returned, so I had to get the HDD cable myself. 4. The motherboard drivers were not installed, they just thrust the W10 and the end. 5. owner response: ..... a colleague in the service has a lot ....

P	Petr Šraier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sice prozatím jediný drobnější nákup ale spokojenost ... takovou obstarožní věc, jako je "ExpressCard 54mm > 2x USB 3.0, konektory skryté uvnitř NB, včetně napájení" už téměř neseženete, natož aby byla hned skladem ... objednáno během dne, průběh objednávky vidíte z odkazu v mailu, zanedlouho dorazila výzva k odběru, po práci vyzvednuto. Na místě příjemné jednání. Tak to má být všude ... ;-) Although so far the only small purchase but satisfaction ... such an old thing as "ExpressCard 54mm> 2x USB 3.0, connectors hidden inside the NB, including power supply" you can hardly find, let alone be in stock ... ordered during the day, order process you can see from the link in the email, the invitation to subscribe soon arrived, picked up after work. Pleasant meeting on the spot. So it should be everywhere ... ;-)
