★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank YOU for the GREAT Service today from the guys at NBservis. I took my Xduoo Audio player to them for a repair on the audio port. The guy spent 50 mins trying to repair for me. It was improved but could not repair the fault. I am so thankful for these guys trying so hard to help me when other shops just said NO. I recommend the service, they are polite and very helpful. Thank YOU again!!! 5 Star service all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad communication, they could not clean my laptop properly, and fixed it, still charged 2300kc for open it. Also try to convince me to replace the whole keyboard. In the end, I did my own job.

Brought my laptop to be repaired on a Friday, received a quote on the following Monday, and even though they had to replace some parts, the laptop was ready to be picked up on the Thursday. Modest prices and friendly reception. At least one guy speaks good English. Will certainly go here again if I'm unfortunate enough to have more computer problems.

Went to get touch screens on two android phones replaced. They did very poor job, phones do not work now. Company refused to resolve the issue and stopped responding to my emails. They have been reported to consumer protection authorities several times already.
