★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endless false promises and rude communication. Would not recommend!
(They promised a repair within two days and then nine days later they still couldn't guarantee when it would be ready. For a phone that's quite important. Then they promised to call and keep us informed, but never did. By far the worst service we ever received/didn't receive. Now we took the phone back and found another place that fixed it immediately, for the same price, and with authentic Samsung parts.)
