★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dělala jsem zde organizátorku komentovaného vtupu do budovy na den otevřených dveří UNESCO, budova je hodně stará, dříve tu bydleli známí Manželů Tugendhatových, kteří byli rodiče paní Tugendhatové, kteří bydleli v Lowberove vile, paní Tugendhatová bydlela se svým naželem a dětmi nahoře ve vile Tugendhat a v Arnoldově vile bydleli rodinní známí Tugendhatových, dříve zde žádný plot mezi vilami nebyl. Dříve u Arnoldovy vily se nacházely stáje pro koně ( dnes jsou zde vybudovány sauny ) po nějaké době zde byla základní škola, poté školka a poté zase škola a opět školka. Kvůli špatnému stavu budovy se školka musela přesunout jinam. vila se nachází v zalesněné oblasti na kopci, s dětskými prolézkami a hřištěm. Budova je v dezolátním stavu a z jedné strany prostřílená. Zatím byla zde provedena poslední komentovaná prohlídka a od té doby se uvažuje nad demolicí, nebo zachovaním a opravou budovy.
I was the organizer of an annotated entrance to the building for the UNESCO Open Day, the building is very old, formerly the Tugendhat couple, who were Mrs. Tugendhat's parents, who lived in Lowber's Villa, Mrs. Tugendhat lived with her husband and children upstairs in Villa Tugendhat. and Arnold's villa housed the Tugendhat family acquaintances, previously there was no fence between the villas. There used to be stables for horses near Arnold's villa (today saunas are built here) after a while there was a primary school, then a kindergarten and then again a school and again a kindergarten. Due to the poor condition of the building, the kindergarten had to be moved elsewhere. The villa is located in a wooded area on a hill, with children's climbing frames and a playground. The building is in a desolate state and lined on one side. So far, the last annotated inspection has been carried out here, and since then the demolition or preservation and repair of the building has been considered.
