Hotel je prekrasny, pokoje jsou prijemne a velke, postel velka a pohodlna, koupelna nadherna. Personal sympaticky, familierni. Snidani bych cekala na takovy hotel pestrejsi a bohatejsi, pan cisnik by se mohl chovat vic jako profesional. Jinak za mne spokojenost. Hotel is very nice, room was pretty, clean and big, bed is comfortly big and bathroom perfect. Hotel is without elevator, but still children very friendly. Service is friendly and good. Breakfast should be rich, waiter could be more profesional for hotel four stars. But still very good service and I was satisfied. I will visit again.

The perfect golf concept behind Carlsbad - 6 minutes from the car park to the colonnade. Those who like sports and enjoy the fresh air can go to the colonnade during the day and tjen (or before) take jogging into the surrounding forests in the morning or evening, play golf or swim and enjoy the sauna on resort. There is divine peace and that is what our nerves need. Staff and service Russian but Slavic warm, attentive and friendly, international society in the hotel. I was here on a business trip, going back with my family. they gave me the earlier check in to prepare for a business meeting in the city - I appreciate it very much. The entire complex - Riverside, Cihelny and here the Royal Golf Art Hotel - is a great investment. Thank you ??

The main hotel building is awesome. There is a house with chipper rooms opposite of the Hotel. Room in a main building was cozy, well equipped & decorated. Michail is on the Reception is very profissional. SPA zone is amazing: new and very comfy. Nice property with short term getaway.

The time we had at the hotel was great. The new spa area was great, the swimming pool is surprisingly large for a hotel this size and so is the sauna area. The staff are friendly and helpful which again made our stay very pleasant.

I am not happy about spending my time writing about this awful hotel, but I feel that I MUST warn others. In short: DO NOT GO THERE - STAY AWAY! ????? Feel free to read my review on Tripadvisor; it will explain in details the horror I went through.. The staff (except for 1 waiter named Sergei - he was amazing and I feel bad for him working in this dump) was horrible! Rude, arrogant and scary. Bad english as well.. The place looked good, but taking a closer look the cracks started to show; the smell of old urin, dirty rooms/surroundings, half the wellness area was out of service or not functioning, the chef mumbling to himself seeming annoyed about our presence, breakfast included but regular coffee you have to pay extra cash for and the hotel manager.. Oh dear.. I have never met such an awful human being ? We booked and paid 4 nights but we left first morning. When she asked what the problem was we told her politely and then she just laughed in our faces, said that it was our choice, we got no money back and then she just said GOODBYE, smiled and ignored us completely. You be the judge - I would rather chew my own arm off than going there again. What a nightmare ?????

We stayed two nights in the smaller building next to the main building. Our impression was very mixed. The room was more fitting for a 2/ 3 star hotel then a 4 star hotel (mediocre and very short beds, uncomfortable shower, noisy rooms due to the thin floors). The staff was friendly but slightly clumsy and awkward. Spa opening hours were limited (sauna's from 16 till 20h) but the spa looked good and was clean. Breakfast was good. We missed a nice place to relax - the outside terrace received only little sunshine. For us this was a missed opportunity since we felt we had to leave to hotel in order to have a relaxing moment outside. All in all not a bad hotel but only if you get a discounted price (compared to those reported in the room) and don't come with too luxurious expectations. *Note: we didn't sleep in the main building so we don't know how the rooms are there*
