Location of this hotel is just perfect. From room we had view on lake and forest... very peaceful. Rooms are very elegant... glamour style with nice lightning. Bed was very comfortable and shower in the bathroom huge. Swimming pool has great view unfortunately is not the biggest one but many kind of saunas / jacuzzis was making up for it. As a couple you can book massages the same time and relax together. They only "problem" was the restaurant. Food was tasty and nicely served unfortunately not much of choice so after few days it will definitely get boring. It's the perfect place for romantic getaway weekend.

Awesome hotel at a reasonable price. The Spa is nice and the room was very big and comfy. I loved the balcony with views to the river. The breakfast is included and it is very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Really loved the place. Due to the location, the were a lot of spiders on the exterior of the building, but inside was spotless.

We came early to our table reservation but were seated emidiately, the staff is super friendly and knows their wines that fit to different dishes. We enjoyed, the peace during dinner and yet if you needed anything there was somebody there promtly. The food was 5 star, absolutely delicious in perfect portions in a nice display. Also loved the ambiance and the building itself. Would recommend and come again.

Hotel and room beautiful. Staff was helpful. Service was good. Save your money and look elsewhere. Lots of great loud road noise around lake and road right by hotel. Especially busy on Sunday. Semi trucks too! Constant traffic. Balcony nice but noisy with lots of cob webs. Guests dogs allowed to walk around restaurant which was quite surprising while trying to enjoy meal. Don’t order the steak - very grizzly and tough. Rest of meal was okay. No room service menus or menu in room Definitely look at pillow menu - very hard beds. Pillows not great either. No air conditioner - was hot and too much road noise to open windows. Only one masseur and he was off the day we wanted service. Didn’t mention it when we checked in or we would have ordered services for that evening. Would have been nice to know in advance. We would not have wasted the $$ coming there from Prague. Not a wellness if you can’t get services! Hot tub was like warm at best and pool was cold. No attendant to help in spa area. Ripped off by taxi driver at train station. 905 kr should have been 225. Didn’t know better at the time. Order yourself. Shady rip off artists!! Hotel should be more helpful with transportation. Requested special occasion info - we supplied it was a birthday celebration. Never mentioned or recognized. Big disappointment.

Wow! The Hotel was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was absolutely friendly, helpful and very courteous. Our room was perfectly clean, modern and comfy. We had a room with river view and we loved it. It's very quiet and peaceful here. The restaurant is very good, we were here for breakfast and dinner. The eggs benedict were perfect! We also recommend the salmon, very fresh and delicious. The Spa was also very good. Everything was very clean, nothing was broken and we had a very relaxing time here. The massage was very good, too. Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back!

The rooms were beautiful! The whirlpool, saunas, and steam rooms were all perfect! And the food was great too. Only thing that left something to be desired was the full body massage but I know that can vary by personal preference. All in all, excelent weekend.

This hotel is stunning and perfectly located just outside the centre of Karlovy Vary. The team running and servicing the hotel make you feel like you're coming home each time you visit. Throughout my travels across Western Europe, this hotel is number one.
