★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed staying at the Golf and Spa Resort Cihelny! It was quite difficult to find our way, since there were not enough signs... but once we arrived, it was pure relaxation! The price is exactly good for what you get. It's modern and clean. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant and its menu were delicious! I recommend the hotel to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. The spa is amazing (there are 4 saunas and a large rest area), swimming pool with a whirlpool and massages available.
One of my friends overslept for breakfast and was still served eggs and vegetables which was greatly appreciated.
Staff was lovely and helpful, rooms spacious yet cozy.
The place was refurbrished a few years ago and they did a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a big dilema if to give a 3 star or 4. Some things are really positive such as the wellness part, the pool, the sauna... Late checkout for free till 14.00, But the maintanance is below 3 stars. We had fungus on the wall, and the next day they cleaned it, but I think the room cannot be rented with this problem. No compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In times after the covid lockdowns the personnel needs to give their best to make the visitors not only to spend but to come again and recommend the hotel, they were indifferent. We asked for one damn pillow, never came, the arrangement of the massage part of the package, an epic fail by accusing each other for the mistake. Even between reception and restaurant probably they are indifferent between them as we had, us to arrange again our dinner which was part of the package. Food? from the microwave. Hospitality? a big zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice located, clean and good kitchen. If you wanna get relaxed I can recommend. Some SPA and Wellness facilities were not operating in the morning.

Good price and inner appearance, I felt comfortable inside! However, saunas temperature were generaly low (50-70 Celsius degree in the fnnish sauna), except the steam sauna, where hot steam went only to up, while feet felt cold. I would not return back again.

Restaurant food is tasty. Parking is good.
15 -17 minutes drive from Karlovy Vary center.
Staff is upbeat, polite and positive:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Really nice room with beautiful forest view, good restaurant with good selection of well prepared food, thoughtful, friendly and professional staff. Power outage, caused by a massive wind storm, was handled by the staff with really impressive approach. The one missing star is for crazy expensive (almost 3 times the normal price) scotch at the bar.
