★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel jsem mela silne negativni zazitek. Objednala jsem si v rijnu 2018 krasny ram, ktery mel byt dodan z Italie a bylo mi sdeleno, ze dodani muze trvat i 4 tydny. Dohodli jsme se, ze ram vyzvednu za 2 mesice, kdyby nahodou doslo k nejakemu zpozdeni. Po 2 mesicich jsem byla uchlacholena, ze tedy pri pristim dodani. Dala jsem tedy lhutu dalsi 2 mesice. Po 5 mesicich cekani bych snad byla jeste ochotna dal cekat, protoze vstricna pani prodavacka me ujistila, ze ted uz opravdu ...Protoze jsem ale mela obavu, ze muj 100 let stary obrazek (krida) neni dostatecne skladovan (v obalce mezi ostatnimi obrazy, kde byla moznost steru barev) dovolila jsem si pristi den zavolat pana majitele (vedouciho ?) a na me optani se mi dostalo odpovedi, ze pokud se mi to nelibi, muzu si obraz vyzvednout - coz jsem taky udelala. Bohuzel uz bez puvodniho 100 let stareho, ale intaktniho ramu, ktery pry byl uz vyhozen.
I had a very negative experience. I ordered in October 2018 a beautiful ram that was coming from Italy and I was told that the delivery could last for 4 weeks. We agreed to pick up the ram in 2 months if there was any delay at all. After two months I was calm down, so when I arrive. So I gave a lhute for another 2 months. After 5 months of waiting, I would have been willing to wait, because the mistress of the salesman assured me that I really really ... Because I was afraid that my 100 years old picture (krida) is not enough stored (in the box between the other paintings where I was able to paint the color) I allowed the day to call the owner (the head?) and to me the answer I received the answer that if I do not like it, I can pick up the picture - which I did. He was fond of the original 100-year-old but intact frame that had already been fired.

Obchod jsem si našel přes internet a šel jsem tam s celkem jasnou představou, jak chci zarámovat 7 obrazů. Z návštěvy se vyklubala 1,5 hodinová obohacující diskuse. A 7 obrazů dostalo originální rámy, o kterých bych sám neuvažoval. Do ničeho netlačí, navrhují, vysvětlují. Optimální.

I found the shop over the internet and went there with a pretty clear idea of how I want to frame 7 pictures. The visit turned out to be a 1.5 hour enriching discussion. And 7 paintings were given original frames that I would not consider myself. They do not push, suggest, explain. Optimal.
