★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice rada navstevuji laserove centrum. Profesionalni pristup a uroven sluzeb je naprosto vyhovujici a ochota personalu je vice nez nadstandartni. Sama mam zkusenosti pouze s pani doktorkou Wohlovou, mohu jen doporucit!
 I really like visiting the laser center. The professional approach and level of services is completely satisfactory and the willingness of the staff is more than above standard. I only have experience with Dr. Wohlová, I can only recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podstoupila jsem odstranění několik znamének. Šla jsem na zákrok s obavou, ale naprosto zbytečně! Moc děkuji paní doktorce Wohlové a vrchní sestřičce, obě byly velmi milé a ochotné. Zákrok rychlý a naprosto bezbolestný! Za sebe rozhodně doporučuji a moc děkuji za poskytnutou super péči :)
I underwent removing several marks. I went for the procedure with fear, but completely unnecessarily! Many thanks to Dr. Wohlová and the head nurse, both were very nice and helpful. The procedure is quick and completely painless! I definitely recommend it for myself and thank you very much for the great care provided :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já bohužel s touto klinikou nemám pozitivní zkušenost. Na oko vypadá moc hezky a luxusně, ale .....
Absolutně neosobní přístup, vše jako ve fabrice na běžícím pásu. Paní doktorka má čas necelých 15 min a víc času si nemůže ani po předchozí domluvě na pacienta vyhradit. Zbytek jsou maličkosti, ale také nepřidají. Například ani při jedné ze dvou návštěv jsme nedostaly s dcerou napít třeba vody, i když jsme čekaly více než hodinu.
Toto byla má první zkušenost se soukromou klinikou, škoda.
Unfortunately, I do not have a positive experience with this clinic. It looks very nice and luxurious to the eye, but .....
Absolutely impersonal approach, all like a factory on a treadmill. The doctor has less than 15 minutes and can not reserve more time even after prior agreement with the patient. The rest are small things, but they also don't add. For example, during one of the two visits, my daughter and I didn't get enough water to drink, even though we waited more than an hour.
This was my first experience with a private clinic, a pity.

The laser center was recommended to me by a general practitioner. From the entrance examination to the procedure, everything was as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful doctors and specialists. If you seek professional treatment you should go there. But I was very disappointed by one of the receptionists I had to deal with (I would give her zero stars if this service allowed it) - unpleasant and unprofessional treatment and communication. Unwillingness to help and provide proper explanation. It's a shame how one unprofessional individual can spoil the work of a good team.
