★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mateřská společnost brandu Letuška.cz s velmi neprofesionálním a nemorálním přístupem balancujícím na hraně zákona. Komunikují s velkými prodlevami a neradi vrací refundy. K tomu v rozporu s názorem ČOI účtují administrativní poplatek 245 Kč a ani u letenek zrušených leteckou společností nevrací servisní poplatek. To je panečku byznys. Jestli tohle není bezdůvodné obohacení, tak už nevím co jiného. Nedoporučuji. Mnohem lepší je letenku koupit napřímo u letecké společnosti nebo ty peníze dát bezďákovi.
 The parent company of the Letuška.cz brand with a very unprofessional and immoral approach balancing on the edge of the law. They communicate with long delays and do not like to return refunds. Contrary to the opinion of the CTIA, they charge an administrative fee of CZK 245 and do not refund the service fee for tickets canceled by the airline. This is business. If this is not unjust enrichment, then I don't know what else. I do not recommend. It is much better to buy a ticket directly from the airline or give the money to a homeless person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve firmě pracují velmi zkušení letenkáři. Servisní poplatek je poplatek za poskytnutou službu a pokud to někdo nechápe, sám asi pracuje zdarma.
