★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erika, Ana and the other two male colleagues of theirs I called about 5 minutes ago were rude, kept interrupting me, were denying any responsibility without even checking my details, hung up on me while putting me on hold. Customer service is a disaster. Sack them all - they're rude and useless! Whoever manages that department is obviously irresponsible - they are all so unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. I have bought a ticket through their web site. In their web site mentioned I had an allowance for hand bag (5kg) and checked in luggage (15kg). When I came to check in flight assistant said me that I have to pay for checked in luggage - 40 EUR. It was not only me with the same issue in this flight - U6 0752. Others also had to pay extra fee. I have tried to solve my problem at customer desk in Prague airport, bust assistant refused to help. Be careful to buy a ticket through letuska.cz, if you have other options it is better to choose another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight was cancelled. They said they will return the money within 3-6 months. 12 months later they don't even answer anymore to my emails. Had to hire layers to get my money back. Still waiting. We ordered through different 3rd party as well (same airline) which was also cancelled and the money was returned. So it doesn't seem like a problem of the airline. More like scam from letuska.cz
