From the USA MADE TO MEASURE, we had prepared a trip to Costa Rica according to our requirements, date and budget. They prepared a fantastic program for 9 days, provided accommodation, arranged car rental and extra activities. In addition, they provided us with the necessary travel insurance + all current COVID requirements (they reserved a date for a PCR test at the clinic in Costa Rica so that it would meet the conditions for transit and return to Prague). Mr. Berenda was at our disposal at all times in case of any problems and informed us about the current changes (specifically the abolition of the need to undergo an antigen test during the transfer in Amsterdam). At the time of COVID, it made our travel very pleasant and easier. Quality, service, communication - 11/10. USA NA MIRU prepared for us a trip according to our requirements, term and budget. For 9 days, we were given a fantastic schedule, they secured accomodation, car rental, travel insurance and all the actual COVID requirements (eg PCR test appointment in clinic in Costa Rica 3 days before flight). Mr. Berenda was available all the trip through in case anything happend and he informed us about actual changes (as of now, no antigen test needed for transit in Amsterdam). In the COVID times, USA NA MIRU made traveling easier and more enjoyable. Quality, service, communication - 11/10.
