Pán přišel, co potřebujeme, když jsme řekli své požadavky, byl velmi neochotný, arogantní, jako kdybychom ho obtěžovali. Matrace jsme nakonec vybrali jedna byla na skladě a druhá na prodejně. Takže jsme jednu odnášeli z poschodí. Celou dobu seděl u stolu a neměl potřebu se zvednout. Tito lidé by neměli pracovat s lidmi, jelikož je vidět, jak moc je to obtěžuje, ať jdou radši někam, kde budou pracovat sami. Ale chci ocenit ochotu ve skladu, kde nám pan pomohl až k autu a chtěl nám matraci i naložit.? On 12.6. we decided to buy new mattresses. The Lord came what we needed when we said His demands, He was very reluctant, arrogant, as if we were harassing Him. The mattresses we finally chose were one in stock and the other in the store. So we took one upstairs. He sat at the table the whole time and had no need to get up. These people should not work with people, as you can see how much it bothers them to go somewhere where they will work alone. But I want to appreciate the willingness in the warehouse, where Mr. helped us to the car and wanted to load our mattress. '
T	Thomas Schmidtke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provozovna ČB Asi tak 3 roky zpět nákup 2ks sady „Dětský pokoj” (Postel, skříň, regál volně stojící a regál závěsný) - kvalita odpovídá ceně, nicméně nábytek „drží” doteď, žádné problémy s termínem dodání ani s výdejem, jednání prodejce příjemné a profesionální... Tehdy 4 hvězdičky... Tehdy... Poslední návštěva dne 2. 4. Asko ČB... Opravdu poslední na minimálně hodně dlouhou dobu. Ceny již nezaujmou, kvalita zůstala přinejlepším stejná. Co se ale změnilo byl přístup obsluhy... Bohužel k horšímu... Prodejce v sekci postelí nejprve o naší přítomnost nejevil sebemenší zájem, když už nás ignorovat nešlo, začal cosi vykřikovat zpoza stolu... Do konce naší návštěvy se neobtěžoval zvednout ze židle, na otázky odpovídal ideálně jednoslovně. Z jeho jednání (i výrazu tváře) jsem usoudil, že ho naše přítomnost (a možná i naše samotná existence) uráží a pohoršuje, tudíž jsme opustily prodejnu a nevrátíme se do ní, dokud tam bude zmíněný pán pracovat. Jeho chování bylo arogantní, hulvátské a nepřijatelné. Then 4 stars ... Then ... Last visit on 2. 4. Asko ČB ... Really last for at least a very long time. The prices are no longer interesting, the quality has remained the same at best. But what changed was the attitude of the staff ... Unfortunately for the worse ... At first the salesman in the bed section didn't show the slightest interest in our presence, when we couldn't be ignored anymore, he started shouting something from behind the table ... By the end of our visit he didn't bother to get up from his chair, he answered the questions ideally in one word. From his actions (and facial expressions), I concluded that our presence (and perhaps our very existence) offended and offended him, so we left the store and did not return to it while the gentleman was working there. His behavior was arrogant, vulgar and unacceptable.
