★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes již vím, že bych si za kuchyň připlatil u truhláře a nešel cestou "odborníků", za které se firma Oresi vydává. Kuchyň špatná není, nicméně jedná se o spíše průměr. Po roce a půl používání dvě reklamace, které se týkají neustálého pohybu vestavěné myčky, kdy podruhé už nás servisní technik podezíral, že myčku z linky vyndáváme, že není možné aby se to dělo. Při plánování velmi malé možnosti ohledně vestavení a nebo integrace zásuvek do linky. Další věcí bylo to, že jsem si vybral spotřebiče značky Mora a sám jsem si zjistil, že se na ně vztahuje 5 letá záruka, na což jsem prodávající upozornil a tato mi dodatečně zaslala dokumenty k registraci produktů, aby byla splněná podmínka pro prodlouženou záruku. Nicméně tyto dokumenty jsem někam založil a nemohl nalézt, tak jsem o ne znovu požádal a bylo zjištěno, že registrace může být provedena pouze do určitě doby od nákupu, což bych nesplnil ani při prvním (opožděném) zaslání registračních dokumentů, protože už to bylo se zpožděním. Čímž jsem přišel o 3 roky záruky na spotřebiče ne svým zaviněním. Já tedy tímto firmu Oresi nedoporučuji, jsem sám zvědav jak dlouho kuchyně vydrží a na 100% již jejich služby nikdy nevyužiji.
Today, I already know that I would pay extra for a kitchen at a carpenter and not follow the path of "experts" that the Oresi company pretends to be. The kitchen is not bad, but it is rather average. After a year and a half of use, two complaints concerning the constant movement of the built-in dishwasher, when for the second time a service technician suspected that we were removing the dishwasher from the line, that it was not possible for this to happen. When planning very little options for installation or integration of sockets into the line. Another thing was that I chose Mora appliances and I found out that they were covered by a 5-year warranty, which I informed the seller and the latter sent me additional product registration documents in order to meet the condition of the extended warranty. However, I set up these documents somewhere and could not find them, so I asked for them again and it was found that the registration can be done only for a certain time from the purchase, which I would not do even when the first (late) sending of registration documents, because it was already delay. Thus I lost the 3 year warranty on the appliances not through my fault. So I do not recommend the company Oresi, I am curious how long the kitchen will last and I will never 100% use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Nalákaly nás na úžasné slevy, německou kvalitu a extra záruku. Ani jedno z toho není pravda. Kuchyň nám plánoval mladíček který neměl smysl pro praktičnost ani estetiku a navíc během našeho čekání a kuchyň v Oresi zkončil a naše zakázka se jim zkrátka ztratila i když už byla složena záloha. Kuchyně jsou předražené, kvalita se rovná levnější IKEA, stokrát jsme musely urugovat zaměření kuchyně které mají udělat do 14 dní a u nás se konalo ještě později. Nebyli schopní dodat technický nákres pro elektrikáře a vodáka. Nejsou schopni kuchyň dodat včas. A nejlepší je cena montáže a to sice 20 000kč u kuchyně za 100 000 kč bez spotřebičů a osvětlení ! Jinak pokud si u nich montáž neobjednáte a máte rohovou kuchyň, tak nikomu nepřeji problémy se sháněním truhláře který by se chtěl s touto "údajně papírovou" deskou dělat a dávat jí dohromady. (jinak částečná montáž u této skvělé firmy neexistuje) Nás odmítlo 5 truhlářů a všichni se shodovaly v tom, že u kuchyně z Oresi je velké riziko reklamace, jelikož se to hned rozpadne a pak by byla chyba na truhláři co to dával dohromady. Za mě je to VELKÉ zklamání. Kdybych věděla co nás čeká za problémy a výdaje navíc, tak jsme mohly mít kvalitní kuchyň od truhláře a né od polskejch lemplů. Jsem naštvaná, zklamaná a cejtím se podvedená. Ráda bych dostala kompenzaci.
Definitely not recommended. They attracted us with amazing discounts, German quality and an extra guarantee. Neither is true. The kitchen was planned for us by a young man who had no sense of practicality or aesthetics, and moreover, during our waiting and the kitchen in Oresi ended, our order simply disappeared even though a deposit had already been made. The kitchens are overpriced, the quality equals the cheaper IKEA, a hundred times we had to determine the focus of the kitchen to be done within 14 days and it took place even later. They were unable to supply a technical drawing for the electrician and the boatman. They are not able to deliver the kitchen on time. And the best price is assembly, namely CZK 20,000 for the kitchen for CZK 100,000 without appliances and lighting! Otherwise, if you do not order installation from them and you have a corner kitchen, then I do not wish anyone problems finding a carpenter who would like to do this "allegedly paper" board and put it together. (otherwise there is no partial assembly at this great company) We were rejected by 5 carpenters and they all agreed that there is a great risk of a complaint with the kitchen from Oresi, as it will fall apart immediately and then it would be up to the carpenter to put it together. It's a BIG disappointment for me. If I knew what awaited us for the extra problems and expenses, we could have a quality kitchen from a carpenter and not from Polish lemps. I'm upset, disappointed and I feel cheated. I would like to receive compensation.
