The showroom is AMAZING. Competitives prices and good quality, their coleccion from Pamesa as the KIEL or KASHMIR is very very nice. I love them

The showroom is not bad for Czech Republic given that people here generally have no taste. The middle aged guy at the customer counter front who works at around 6.20 pm on Thursday 040221 is extremely rude. He is not interested to help and kept on saying nevim nevim nevim in a rude way when we told him we are here to collect our replacement tiles set aside by the phone customer service personnel. The middle aged guy insisted that he didn't know anything about the service side of giving us the replacement tiles for the broken tiles we received from Senesi via PPL. He is just completely irresponsible and unhelpful. Then his colleague Clement, a very young guy came to the rescue even though he was still busy serving others. He told the middle age guy that there were indeed tiles for us prepared outside the showroom. However, since Czechs are always making mistakes of all sort, instead of giving us our black tile for replacement, they prepared a white tile for us. It is a joke that people cannot even differentiate black from white colour. When we went back to the middle aged guy to ask for the right black color tile instead , he rudely replied that he nevim for everything. Then I told my husband to go to the the other service guy (Clement) to ask for help. We just had to wait a little before Clement is free from another customer. Clement treated us with the utmost respect and great service as though he works in a 5 stars hotel in Italy. He helped to solve all problems and gave us the right colored tile and is extremely kind to his rude middle aged colleague. I would love to compliment Clement for his great service while denouncing the middle age man for his terrible and bad service. If we only encountered the service of the middle aged man, we would not be doing our large kitchen and 2 large bathrooms anymore with senesi because we would have imagined everyone would be as useless and as rude as that middle aged man. I hope the management would go counsel the middle aged man and send him for retraining because he is a straight liability to Senesi.
