★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes léto jsem potřebovala vyřešit nějaké papíry, které musely být řešeny osobně na pobočce. Teď v létě ale bylo opravdu náročné je chytit. Šla jsem tam třikrát v rozmezí 4 týdnů, pokaždé cedule Zavřeno - vždy ale bez jakékoli datace, aby člověk věděl, kdy se může vrátit... Když se mi pak podařilo vybrat správný den, paní mi přiznala, že datum tam nepíší a někdy zavírají jen na odpoledne...
During the summer I needed to solve some papers that had to be handled in person at the branch. But this summer it was really difficult to catch them. I went there three times in 4 weeks, each time Closed - always without any date, so you know when you can return ... When I managed to pick the right day, the lady admitted that the date does not write there and sometimes close just for the afternoon ...
