Comfortable big rooms. A bit dated but very clean. Breakfast was ok. Centrally located, several restaurants nearby.

In no case a 4 star hotel. The regular price was 2400,- CZK....we had better accommodations for only 1000,- to 1500,- CZK....in Melnik and Podebrady for example.....Details: Very scanty breakfast. Official statment was" wellness incl."....but really only from 19.00 to 22.00 h....this was at check-in and during the booking not communicated. Bathroom was very dated and with significant deficiencies...totally loose showerhead and holder, doorseals was missing, mold in the grout. Seals of the room-windows fold out. Bedsheets too short. This "Hotel" is a no-go....never again.

for the money we payed.. never again. the room was full of dust, the toilet was smelling. when we ordert water to our room they told us to drink first from the mini bar and than call again. i not even had the chance to say it was empty. 2 stars because it was quiet.

The hotel is well located in the old center. I got a room with a big terrace, but the view was not amazing due to the fact that it was just heading to the back side of the hotel above some smaller buildings, but it was nice to have for a smoker. The hotel has paid parking just in front of the reception (limited parking spots, you need to reserve). Breakfast ok. There are some nice restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel

A bit overpriced, but the breakfast is delicious and the rooms ok :)

The breakfast was great. They made THE best hotel buffet eggs I've ever had. Hotel buffet eggs are usually dry, flavorless, and rubbery, but theirs were moist, not homogenous, and flavorful. The breakfast sausages were great, too. I also really liked the tiny pancakes, which I covered with Nutella and fresh strawberries. They also have a beautiful summer terrace overlooking the park and a beautiful synagoge. The staff were very friendly. There was a misunderstanding when it came to the payment, but the staff handled it very well and respectfully. I booked a room using the pay later feature and gave Booking my credit card, so I assumed that when I checked in, I'd be charged (which is how these things normally work, in my experience.) That wasn't the case here for whatever reason, so when I left in the morning the staff sent a very respectful message explaining that they realize the process is confusing, but they think I may have left without paying. We sorted it out quickly, and they were very nice about it. The only downsides of the place were that the rooms were a bit dated. The shower wasn't very strong and the water temperatures fluctuated.
