★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max na vyčištění kotle,volala jsem vždy, protože byli nejblíž,ale drahé výjezdy,drahé služby.Naposledy jsem u nich nechala 9 000 a výsledek byl nefunkční kotel. Dostala jsem akorát doporučeni, které by ničemu nepomohlo.Reklamovala jsem, ale neschopnost si prostě odůvodní každý a pak už ani nekomunikovali. Ve finále byl problém úplně jinde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostal jsem je na doporučení přímo od Junkers. Dva pánové tam byli na konzultaci, nic nebylo problém. Pak jsem čekal na nabídku týden, měsíc, dva měsíce... A to vše po urgencích. A nic, takže absolutně nechápu přístup.
Věřím, že to třeba bylo selhání jedince - pana Svěrkota. I tak to vrhá stín na celou firmu.

I believe that this may have been the failure of an individual - Mr. Svěrkot. Even so, it casts a shadow over the entire company.
