R	Raluca Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Simply awful. All their doctors. My boyfriend has now come from the orthopedist. Incredible. He told him that he has to go to the hospital for screening and that he can not do anything. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I had bad experience with them. And my boyfriend the same. Also, veeeeeeery expensive. 2000 kc to just look at his shoulder. He JUST looked.
S	Steffen Kuschel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with what other reviews say here on Google about Atoda dermatology, it has been a very bad experience for me. I have been misdiagnosed by Atoda's Mr. Martin Bortlík with "scapies" and have been put on corresponding (aggressive and expensive) medication which just led to worsten my skin condition. A week later after reading about scapies and finding out i had none of these scapies symptons (did not look like scapies, i had no itching and did not even have contact to other people because of covid etc.) and visiting a different doctor and having a biopsy there it turned out i have Lichen Planus. After contacting Atoda afterwards and telling them about it they told me Martin Bortlík stands by his diagnosis (how strange is this!?) and they refused any form of compensation. I think people make mistakes, but should stand to their mistakes and compensate in case they do harm. I don't know about Atoda's other departments, but i'd rather choose another place next time i need medical treatment.
E	Eva Mom Platts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atoda medical is not a just any medical clinic, it is a home away from home,when you need care for your children. From the time you walk in,till you leave, you feel welcome, you feel cared for, you feel understood. The Reception is clean, spacious, all the female and male receptionists were well trained and had impaccable manners, you see 2 sofas, large table for patients, beautiful & calming art on the walls, Czech ,English,German books on the shelf, if you get thristy ,while waiting, refreshments are available to you immediatelly. Bathrooms are on the premises as well. Doctors rooms are well lit,clean, equipped with tools needed for your care. I have comunicated with Atoda medical vias phone and email,and they were always prompt to reply. I highly recomend Atoda medical to individuals and Families. My children saw MUDR. Podstolska,who was kind, never rushed, was knowlagable,easy to communicate with, spoke Czech and English ( I am Czech, married abroad).

From ortopedic doctor, to gynecologist, to dermatologist, all are very bad, lack aaaany type of equipment, examine you like in the Black Ages (without screening, tests, nothing!) And after send you to the hospital after they ask you for 2000 kc to just look at you.
P	P S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to change it from 2 stars to 1 star. Considering suing the doctor. I went there because my urine was foaming like crazy, so some kidney issues clearly with to much proteins (protein intake of 350g per day because weightlifting). Then they find some STD bacterial ok ok lets get rid of it but no Kidney tests were done to find out if the Bacterial infection entered the body or not. Giving Antibiotics at such state is .. dangerous. First round didnt help kill the Bacteria, clearly since its not entered the body (paid about 50k czk at GHC for a "I need this done" testing and all negative in my body after taking 3rd Antibiotics.. still its positive at the urethra, since bacterial); 2nd Antibiotics I declined to take because of a EMA "Red-Hand-Letter" warning in connection with it. 3rd Antibiotic I took, I never felt this sick in my life. Turns out also 3rd option has a 1 in 1000 chance of dying on liver failure and also a "Red-Hand-Letter" from EMA and is considered a "last resort" only. Great. Thank you so much you absolutely useless medical center for this pleasures. And for this I paid 3x 3.300 CZK for a total of 30mins medical consultations. Also none of the doctors speaks the advertised third language. At most they went for internship to that country. Hey I went to Greece to, now I must be half greek. ...

The staff and doctors are always very responsive, they have a lot of specialists in-house, and will help coordinate any outside services you need if you are a member (for a very good price in my opinion). The coordinating services and helping to navigate the Czech healtcare system was really crucial for me because I don't speak Czech; I had several small procedures, surgery in a hospital and an MRI. I would highly recommend ATODA.

ATODA Medical is able to provide for all of my medical needs (ie, general practitioner, dermatologist, orthopedist, neurologist, and physical therapist). The quality of care is outstanding. The doctors and staff speak English very well. I am able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Both my husband and I are blessed that ATODA Medical is an outstanding medical facility.
