P	Petr Pechacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolvoval jsem zde PCR test na pojišťovnu bez příplatku a i když samotný test proběhl v pořádku a dosti důkladně, velmi silnou pachuť zatím zanechává přístup této firmy co se rychlosti zpracování výsledků týče. Jsem si sice plně vědom toho, že když si řeknou na nijak nepřiplacený test "max. 48 hodin", tak to může dosáhnout této doby. Na druhou stranu u konkurenčních firem (v jednom případě dokonce primárně dělala drive-in) jsem výsledky dostal i za méně než 24 hodin, taktéž na pojišťovnu. Zdá se mi tedy, že hlavním cílem je především takto vytrestat zákazníky, kteří si nechtěli připlácet částky v rozmezí 1 200 - 2 800 Kč za expresní zpracování. Rád bych byl vyvozen z omylu, nicméně zatím tomu nic nenaznačuje. Po 30 minutach cekani na vetru clovek ma proste takovy blby pocit ze radsi zaplati, nez aby to stani bylo "zbytecne". EDIT: nevim jak odpovedet na odpoved, takze odpovidam pomoci editu. - dnes je to na internetu jiz spravne, ale 30.11.2021 byla na vasem webu moznost registrovat se na Ag test zdarma (na stejny den), (mam i v emailu potvrzeni o tom ze se jednalo o objednani plosneho testu zdarma), ale pri odberu bylo nutno zaplatit. L	Lenka Němcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragédie. Ani 5 dní po očkování jsem neměla certifikát a v systému uzis očkování nebylo. Slečna na telefonu mi hlásila, že v systému moje očkování není. Nakonec jsem certifikát dostala, byla to třetí dávka, ale být první, tak mi klidně řeknou, že jsem tam nebyla. Tragedy. I did not have a certificate even 5 days after the vaccination and there was no vaccination available in the system. The young lady on the phone told me that my vaccination was not in the system. I finally got the certificate, it was the third dose, but to be the first, they'll tell me I wasn't there.

Od pohodového bezplatného zaparkování v nejbližším okolí uplynulo asi 10 minut a už jsem seděl v čekárně po první dávce očkování, kde by se mělo počkat 15 min, což vlastně na celém očkovaní byla největší otrava. A jak to probíhalo? Naběhnul jsem tam bez registrace a bez nějaké přípravy co a jak. Hned při příchodu do patra mě slečna za pultíkem mile oslovila, během pár okamžiků zaevidovala a dala mi vybrat výrobce vakcíny. Vyplnil jsem obdržený dotazník a než jsem se stačil na závěr dotazníku podepsat, už mě naháněli do očkovací místnosti. Tam jsem strávil tak 20s a po injekci jsem byl poslán do čekárny. Když jsem vyplňoval dotazník, přišla mi SMS s termínem druhé dávky, když jsem po aplikaci čekal první minuty v čekárně, přišel mi do mailu certifikát. Opravdu nevím co bych vytknul, málo lidí, milý personál, vše proběhlo jako po másle. Nutno podotknout, že to bylo poslední týden o prázdninách , všední den kolem 13:30. Dnes jdu na druhou dávku (opět bez registrace), tak snad to bude probíhat podobně. EDIT: Tak druhá dávka byla snad ještě rychlejší než ta první, čekačka v čekárně se zkrátila na 10min. :) That's what it should look like! When I filled in the questionnaire, I received an SMS with the date of the second batch, when I waited for the first minutes in the waiting room after the application, I received a certificate in the e-mail. I really don't know what to say, few people, nice staff, everything went smoothly. It should be noted that it was the last week of the holidays, weekday around 13:30. Today I'm going to the second dose (again without registration), so hopefully it will be similar. EDIT: So the second dose was perhaps even faster than the first, the waiting room in the waiting room was shortened to 10 minutes. :)

Po příchodu do centra jsme byli konfrontování s naprosto narvanou čekárnou (rozestupy nula, ideální prostředí pro šíření infekcí všeho druhu), chaosem a nepříjemnou obsluhou. Nikdo nic neorganizoval, míchali se tam registrovaní s neregistrovanými. Bylo nám řečeno, že čekací doba je nejméně hodinu a to i přesto, že jsme měli platnou rezervaci na určený čas. Právě proto jsme si ji dělali, ale zde to evidentně vůbec nic neznamená! Naprosto nezvládnutá organizace, komunikace a nepříjemný personál. Chaos, delays, appalling organization! Byl mladý pán, kterého se stačilo dotázal “budete tak hodný a ujistíte se, že to nejde do cévy?”, na což mladý pán okamžitě odpověděl “samozřejmě pane, buďte v klidu já vždy aspiruji”. Což bylo fajn, a kvůli tomu jsem tam šel i na druhou dávku. Na druhou dávku jsem narazil na sestřičku (starší pani). Na tu samou otázku “budete tak hodná a ujistíte se, že to nejde do cévy?”, odpověděla “NE”. Ok.., tak se ptám “můžete udělat výjimku a udělat to pro můj klid?”, odpověděla “ne, my tohle nedělat nemusíme!” a vpíchla to tam bez aspirace. Tahle sestřička je tam úplně zbytečná. Nevím, jestli je líná nebo ignorantní. Jestli to dělat musí nebo nemusí je jedna věc, ale přece to minimálně udělám pro klid pacienta. Je to opravdu tolik extra prace? Už tam nikdy nepůjdu, s ničím. Ok .., so I ask "can you make an exception and do it for my peace of mind?", She replied "no, we don't have to do this!" and she stuck it there without aspiration. This nurse is completely useless there. I don't know if she's lazy or ignorant. Whether or not he has to do it is one thing, but at least I will do it for the patient's peace of mind. Is it really that much extra work? I'll never go there again, with anything.

Na prvním očkování jsem byla s malým synem v kočárku a personál na nás bral ohledy, choval se úžasně. Očkování vždy proběhlo na čas, dle objednávky. Všichni byli milí a nápomocní. Celý proces probíhal organizovaně. Pokud nevíte přesně, kam máte jít, místo je řádně označeno ukazateli, nemůžete se ztratit. Prostory jsou moderní a čisté. Celkový dojem výborný. I'm going here for the 3rd vaccine covid. Both previous vaccinations went well. At the first vaccination, I was in the pram with my little son and the staff took our attention into us, he behaved wonderfully. Vaccination was always on time, according to the order. Everyone was nice and helpful. The whole process was organized. If you don't know exactly where to go, the place is properly marked with a signpost, you can't get lost. The premises are modern and clean. Overall impression excellent.
