★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely cafe with good food! They have quite a few vegetarian options which I like. I think their pastries are worth trying and I have yet to try. Perfect for a brunch/lunch with friends. The food was lightweight for me, which is a good thing. The staff speaks English which I liked because all of my friends couldn't speak Czech. The staff was very kind to us and respectful. I will definitely visit again.

Second. Terrible and expensive food. I never thought carrots belong in a lasagne but they managed to stuff it full of it.
And the goulash soup was in a gel form. It was not a liquid form at all. They seriously need to change their shef

- space between tables to small for wheelchairs
- serving speed slow
- Coke served in a plastic bottle
- blond waitress had a huge attitude issue from the get go. Our food arrived after more then 30 minutes while the table next to us received their food within 10 minutes. After ordering regular Coke she asked twice if I wanted “0”. I am highly offended it is not her place to tell me “you need to drink Coke 0”, who is she to make me feel fat?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first saw this patisserie at French Market in Kampa in 2018. They are good at cakes and tarts using fresh ingredients. Today, I also tried brichoette, the taste was good and the portion was big enough. The prices are reasonable compared with the portions and food quality. The staff is nice and friendly. You can sit in the back gardens as well. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a coffee shop close to Prague's main square, we stumbled upon this French themed estaishment and decided, given their expert display of foodie goodies and the stellar reviews, to have it there.
We should have left when the waiter asked us to prepare our QR vaccination code but nobody came to ckeck them but I guess that the lack of caffeine had us in a forgiving mood.
Truth be said this practice was rather the rule than the exception during our visit in Prague.
So we ordered a couple of pains au chocolat, à croque madame and a lady finger strawberry cake, two cappuccinos and a cold latté.
The non.-coffee part of our order was speedy however the food was unremarkable save the croque madame as the edges were carbonised beyond consumption. 20 minutes later, after a reminder, the coffees landed. Tasteless, watery affairs for the cappuccinos and a sugar bomb for the cold latté.
The cake was OK.
The bill was of course as it should be given the location, sky-high and of course when we paid the waitress tried to increase the printed bill with 'service charges'. Not worth it.
Conclusion? I'll leave it to you and imho there are three options here:
1.Bad day at the office - happens to the best.
2. Once great, now a tourist trap.
3. Purchased reviews.
Pity because the cover of this book looked darn good but it turned out to be a dud for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the food here so much that we visited twice over the same weekend.
Food is delicious and servers are very friendly and accommodating.
French crêpes were delicious. As was the chocolate mousse.
They had lasagna in the display counter but not on the menu. I ended up ordering it to eat there and it was out of this world.
Good spot for a quick bit that is also very tasty. Prefect spot for a desert.

It's a really nice patisserie in old town where you can have a relaxing breakfast or lunch.
The place is giving really french vibes and I recommend you to get an espresso also here, it was good.
