O	Ondřej Příjmeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedm lidí v košilích, a jen jeden člověk přišel sdělit, že vše je na internetu. Tady auta nechtějí prodávat. Všechny auta v S-line, hrůza. S autem složeném v konfigurátoru jsme tam jeli v domnění, že nám vytvoří nabídku, ale pán nás opět odkázal na konfigurátor. Takže tady rozhodně neporadí a ani nevytvoří nabídku. Jako zákazníky nás to velmi urazilo, jako podnikatelé bychom si toto nikdy nedovolili! Seven people in shirts, and only one person came to say that everything is online. They don't want to sell cars here. All cars in the S-line, horror. We drove there with the car in the configurator, thinking that he would create an offer for us, but the gentleman referred us again to the configurator. So he will definitely not advise or create an offer here. As customers, we were very offended, as entrepreneurs we would never allow this!

Kdyz jsem chtela opravit sve auto po dopravni nehode,kde jsem byla poskozenym,objednala jsem se do Audi Kunratice,ktere mam chvilku od domu. Oznamili mi tam ale,ze musim auto dovest do Auto Jarov v centru,a to v dopolednich hodinach,protoze v Kunraticich nemaji lakovnu. Po mem dotazu,proc si odvoz auta do centraly nezajisti sami mi odpovedeli,ze je to muj problem,ze se jako racujici clovek nedostanu v dopolednich hodinach do centra a stali si za svym,ze to tam proste musim odvest. Koupila jsem si business,kde by autorizovany servis mel mit business pristup a toto jsem opravdu necekala! Jela jsem proto do Audi v Cestlicich a nemam slov! Jednani na urovni,vstricni a velmi upraveni lide,kteri pracuji snad i v noci. Behem par minut jsme se domluvili slusne a na urovni na terminu opravy,panove si auto hned prohledli,vyhodnotili,nabidli adekvatni nahradni vuz a ja odjizdela naprosto spokojena. O Audi Kunratice toto nemuzu bohuzel v zadnem pripade rict-tam se zakaznik podrizuje jejich pozadavkum. Tak by to ale v zadnem pripade u tak prestizni znacky nemelo byt… I don't like to do it, but I'm so disappointed with the approach of Audi Kunratice that I just can't help it. When I wanted to repair my car after a car accident, where I was damaged, I ordered an Audi Kunratice, which I have a short distance from the house. However, they informed me that I had to take the car to Auto Jarov in the center, in the morning, because they do not have a paint shop in Kunratice. After my question, why don't you take the car to the headquarters, they told me that it's my problem that as a racer you won't get to the center in the morning and they said, I just have to go there. I bought a business where the authorized service should have a business approach and I really didn't expect this! That's why I went to Audi in Cestlice and I have no words! Negotiations at the level, accommodating and very well-groomed people who work perhaps even at night. Within a few minutes, we agreed well and at the level on the repair date, the gentlemen immediately inspected the car, evaluated it, offered an adequate replacement car, and I left completely satisfied. Unfortunately, I can't say this about Audi Kunratice in any case - there the customer obeys their requirements. But in no case should it be the case with such a prestigious brand…

Nepřišlo mi, že by něco zatajili, nebo ze mne nějakým způsobem dělali pitomce. Auto Jarov doporučuji jako nejférovějšího prodejce aut. In this second-hand car shop, I highlight the approach of dealers. Absolutely and openly they introduced me to the history of the car, all the flaws. I didn't think they were hiding anything or making a fool of me in any way. I recommend Auto Jarov as the fairest car dealer.

The German official site audi.de offers several 20" and 19" wheel types for my car, while the Czech site offers only one type. I wanted to know why and whether it's possible to order one of the "German-only" tires. Although the employee was very polite, he did not know and was not able to find in their system what type of tires my car uses and asked for further car records. I would expect something like that in a non-authorized service provider or a general tire shop, not an official service center... Furthermore, I needed help with pairing of my new phone with the MMI (repeated issue, even though the old phone paired without problems), but even after 10-minute waiting, there was no service staff available, so I left.
