★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first a decent dealership with large selection, but after their screw up with my car repair I have to lower my review. We were in to do some body work and they loaned us a car. Then the experience was fine. But upon the return they called the morning of that we need to return the loaner car by noon. We rush to get there with out baby daughter to find out that our car has not arrived from repair and we have to wait 2 hours. Then the car gets there and they spilled paint on the hood and cracked the blinker. Will they fix it? Yes but not at this dealership, we have to make another appointment at the main auto Jarov. Really crap service.

Special thanks to Mr Matěj Vojtech he made great communication through out the process , perfect English and did all documents required for registration and arranged the leasing too . I highly reccomend this outlet and as you are foreigner they make great communication in English and provide all support .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with my car on regular service & oil change service. I came here at 8,00 (I had an appointment), talked for a while, staff estimated the price, and I left my car there. My car was ready at 15,00 already. So I came there, checked the bill with the staff, paid, and left. Staff was helpful and I definitely have a positive feeling about it. If there is another need from my side in future, they'll be first on my list...thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in and left it for two days. They thought they fixed it but didn't. However, they were able to analyze it further, found the problem. Another visit will hopefully make it right. In all fairness, my issue was not identified at all by two other dealers.
