★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto priserne jednani majitelky aukciho domu. Byli mi prodano falzum grafiky za 22 tisic. Kdyz jsem na to upozornil tak nikdo nereagoval. Grafiku jsem zaslal zpet se zadosti o vraceni penez. Opet nulova reakce. Nasledne po dalsim tydnu jsem zaslal predzalobni upominku s upozornenim ze celou zalezitost predam pravni kancelari. Pak se majitelka ozvala a penize vratila. Ani slovo omluvy proste nic. Jeji reakce byla ze manzelku zablokovala v aukci livebidu. Nedoporucuji tento aukcni dum.
Absolutely terrible actions of the owner of the auction house. I was sold a fake graphic for 22,000. No one responded when I pointed this out. I sent the graphics back with a refund request. Zero reaction again. The following week, I sent a pre-trial reminder alerting me to the law office. Then the owner called and the money returned. Not a word of apology is anything. Her reaction was blocked from her wife in a live auction. I do not recommend this auction house.
