★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu velmi doporučit paní Martinu Vyplelovou, která mi pomohla s dlouhodobým pronájmem mého bytu. Jednaní bylo profesionální, ke spokojenosti mé i mého najemníka. Nájemník byl cizinec a hovořil pouze v anglickém jazyce, paní Vyplelová zajistila za mě celou komunikaci, včetně dodání nájemních smluv v angličtině a přepisu energií. Určitě se na ní znovu obrátím.
I can highly recommend Mrs. Martina Vyplelová, who helped me with the long-term rental of my apartment. The meeting was professional, to the satisfaction of me and my tenant. The tenant was a foreigner and spoke only in English, Mrs. Vyplelová arranged all the communication for me, including the delivery of leases in English and transcription of energy. I will definitely contact her again.

Hledal jsem byt pro začátek svého života v Praze. Konkrétně byt 2kk za rozumnou cenu. Právě ona mi takový byt dokázala najít a zprostředkovat a to i přes mé omezené možnosti. Velmi si cením jejího profesionálního přístupu, ochoty a trpělivosti, jelikož pro mne vše bylo nové. Služby paní Jesenské vřele doporučuji!

Paní makléřka Libuše Humplová byla nesmírně vstřícná a ochotná. Poskytla mi veškeré informace, průběžně jsem dostávala zprávy o tom jak prodej postupuje a veškeré náležitosti byly vždy s předstihem a perfektně připraveny.
Celý prodej proběhl hladce, z mého pohledu i překvapivě rychle a servis realitní kanceláře byl naprosto bezchybný.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a house on Internet which seemed to fit our criteria and it was Martina Vyplelová that was handling it. But we could say that confidence reigned from the moment that we met her. Calm and professional, she steered us around the house, discussing the “minus points” as well as the “plusses”.
The sellers had spent seven years in CZ but spoke next to no Czech. This wasn’t a problem for Martina who speaks excellent English.
With what can we compare Martina? Maybe with the agent that sold our previous house? But there is no comparison. Martina thought of everything, leaving nothing to chance and we can’t say that about the “selling agent” who was much less a professional and left us with some expensive and inconvenient anomalies.
We don’t buy a house every year but if we did, we’d call Martina.
