★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto skvele! Neumim si ani predstavit, ze by servis mohl byt v necem lepsi. Priprava bytu na prodej, jednani s klienty, naprosta transparentnost, priprava vsech smluvnich podkladu, procesu a vse bylo na maximalne profesionalni a soucasne lidske urovni. Kazdemu bych jen a jen doporucil spolupraci s Martinou Vyplelovou.
Absolutely great! I can't even imagine that the service could be any better. Preparation of the apartment for sale, negotiations with clients, complete transparency, preparation of all contractual documents, process and everything was at the maximum professional and contemporary human level. I would only recommend working with Martina Vyplelová to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maklérka Martina Vyplelová byla velice profesionální v její prezentaci bytu a hladké komunikaci. Byla velice příjemná a lidská. Sice nakonec jsem si vybral jiný byt, ale byl jsem velice blízký, koupit ten byt, který p. Vyplelová nabízela, a to by pak bylo kvuli pouhým dvou důvodům: tabkrasna terasa a maklerčin přístup.
Broker Martina Vyplelová was very professional in her apartment presentation and smooth communication. She was very nice and human. Although in the end I chose another apartment, but I was very close to buy the apartment that Mr. Vyplelová offered, and that would be for only two reasons: tabkrasna terrace and the broker's approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Martina Vyplelová to view an apartment I wanted to rent but by the time I called it was reserved. A day or two later she called to tell me the previous people had cancelled the reservation and if I was interested I could view it. I met Martina at the apartment and immediately decided to take it. Martina was extremely helpful, friendly and gave great advice. I have even been assisted by her a few months after I moved in. She really showed that she goes above and beyond with service. I come from a very service driven country and found Europe to be a lot less service driven but Martina is a shining example of giving great service, being friendly, helpful and approachable. I highly recommend contacting Martina for your housing needs. She is the best!!!!!

Not even she helped me finding a flat, but she also helped me and recommended me a financial agent for my mortgage, gave me advices on the real estate market in Prague and the most important thing she had so much patience with my questions and curiosity about everything in Prague.
