★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I'd rate this place with 3,5 stars if that was an option..
the downside: The spirit of this place is that of a typical (country) Czech pub. You get nothing extra, but it suits the ordinary working men.
the upside: The place offers a daily choice of numerous, mostly meat based, typical Czech meals for a reasonable price - and that's something fairly scarce in the Prague 6 district.
Kofola and Czech beer, for those who must have it, are poured here as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is just really not great. Especially when there are better places close by that are cheaper. The last time I ate here I ordered duck that was so old and tough (and microwaved) that it was impossible to cut. My fork bend on it. Even when trying to tear it apart by hand it just kind of teared in strings. I complained and received a replacement meal that was not amazing but at least fresher and probably not microwaved.
But hey, if you strictly order from the daily menu and like big portions of traditional Czech food this might just be the place for you. Their beer is not bad either. So two stars and not one.
