I picked the first car with Mr. Zich 8 years ago and I still use it to this day. When I wanted to buy a second car, which with its features will complement the first one, I immediately knew that I would get advice from Auto AZ again. Although there was a longer trip to the final selection, they were all willing and patient. Checking the cars from Mr. and Mrs. Horňák will save you time and nerves, because some specimens of bazaars would bring you broke or into a madhouse. How much work they did on the phone and in the bazaars, and how much they uncovered untrustworthy offers, they deserve their money for that. I can recommend this initial investment to those who are interested in a used car because you can save a lot of money in the future thanks to a thorough review. Then, when you go to a physical check of a particular piece (or more candidates), you are informed in detail about each act and I dare say that even a layman will get interesting knowledge of the type / model of car.

Unfortunately, we do not have a good experience with this company. They recommended to us to buy a car, which we found out after driving 7,000 km after 6 months that the engine needs to be repaired with a connecting rod bearing and the engine is unhappy on the shaft. When we wrote to AZ if they would look at our car (which they stated in the protocol that we should not drive the car for service, before its technician looks at it), they told me that we should take the car to service (at which I wouldn't really come without them) or that we should bring him to Hostivař to them (which somehow doesn't work when the engine light on the board is on and the car is not in Prague). The car was very carefully taken to an authorized service center, where the above-mentioned defect and repair for CZK 96,000 were discovered, which is really not worth it due to the price of the car. When we asked the vehicle and the engine in another service, we were told that if the drive approach was 100,000 km, the engine would leave, but they will not tell you that in AZConsulting or in the second-hand car shop. At the moment, we are completely useless, we can either expect that when we go somewhere, our car will fall apart somewhere on the highway (in the worst case scenario) or sell it for a ridiculous price. Thank you very much.

I chose the AZ car after a long internet search when I was buying a used car for the family. My idea of ​​the car was very specific, but I was not at all familiar with the issue of used cars. I was convinced to choose Auto AZ by their references and the professionalism with which they paid attention to me at the beginning. After searching the market, they finally found suitable cars in Germany, where Mr. Matěj, a colleague of Mr. Zicha, arrived with me. Unfortunately, none of the three selected pieces corresponded to the condition declared by the second-hand car shops, which Mr. Matěj revealed very soon. And although it already seemed that I would return with an unacquired one, Matěj did not give up and kept looking. Eventually, he discovered a car that was much better in equipment than I specified in the requirements, but at the same time it fit into the price limit. The same day we drove to the second-hand car dealership. Matěj checked everything very thoroughly, recommended the purchase and helped me with all the formalities on the spot. After returning to the Czech Republic, he helped with the technical and cleaning of the car. The only thing I would do differently over time is the clear specification that the car must not be after a smoker. I would save myself a month and a half of cleaning and ventilation. This whole story took place a year ago and 24,000 kilometers that we have with the car behind us. During all that time, I solved only one technical problem at the very beginning. They helped me solve it very quickly in Auto AZ and after the repair they made sure several times that everything was fine. With the passage of time, I can say with a clear conscience that I am grateful to Mr. Matěj and Auto AZ repair for their help. Their willingness and professionalism, which they gave me during the purchase and especially after it, was exemplary. And the fact that I write a review one year later only underlines my satisfaction with their services. If you are looking for your dream used car and you want to be sure that you are reaching well, definitely Auto AZ RECOMMENDED!

A year ago, Mr. Zich and I bought a car. We also used the car selection service. Now, after a year, I put the superb in service and oil change and everything is OK. I would definitely recommend the service to people who are not very sure what to look for when buying at the bazaar, or for those who choose a car at the AAA e-shop :) you have a pretty decent chance of avoiding large investments. In addition, in relation to the price of the car, it is a minimal investment. My example is that we chose a car that didn't even need the first service after the purchase. after a year of oil change and regular service and everything in perfect order.

Mr. Zich is a professional and only an overview and experience are priceless when buying a vehicle. It is not a problem to agree on anything and the processed analysis of the tested vehicle is complex and very useful. I can only recommend!

I recommend Auto AZ Consulting to everyone who plans to buy a used car in a used car dealership. They helped me with the selection of the Ford S-max (price around 350 thousand CZK) and if it weren't for them, I would have been burned at least 4 times and bought a car that was defective, severely wrecked or with a completely forged history. And because they did not find a suitable car in the Czech Republic, they brought me a Ford from Germany, in perfect condition. The car is as new (incl.
