★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po autonehodě jsem na základě recenzí nechal vozidlo odtáhnout do tohoto servisu. Druhý den jsem přijel, byly se mnou sepsány dokumenty (servisní protokol, ..). po konzultaci mi bylo řečeno, že se bude jednat o opravu. Po 3 týdnech mi pán volal, že zjistili, že škoda bude vyšší a že se v tu chvíli bude jednat o totální škodu (týden před předběžným dokončením). Auto se poté vydražilo v aukci, kde jsem zjistil z fotek, který tam byly vloženy, že auto má poškození, které nemělo ve chvíli, kdy jsem auto předával servisu (viz foto - poškození čelního skla, střechy a kapoty). Když jsem kontaktoval servis, že toto poškození to nemělo, tak v tu chvíli dělali, že o ničem neví a poté se k tomu doznali (na základě mého povšimnutí). Pán, s kterým jsem celé to řešil, tak jednal arogantně i včetně vedoucího servisu (byl mi položen několikrát telefon).
After a car accident, based on reviews, I had the vehicle towed to this service. The next day I arrived, documents were written with me (service protocol, ..). after consultation, I was told that this would be a correction. After 3 weeks, the master called me to find out that the damage would be higher and that at that moment it would be a total damage (a week before the preliminary completion). The car was then auctioned off, where I found out from the photos that had been posted that the car had damage that it did not have at the time I handed over the car to the service (see photo - damage to the windshield, roof and hood). When I contacted the service that it did not have this damage, at that moment they pretended not to know anything and then confessed to it (based on my notice). The gentleman with whom I dealt with the whole thing acted arrogantly, including the service manager (I was given the phone several times).
