I am extremely satisfied with MK Autoservis. We have been going there for several years. And always without problems, we agreed on everything, when there was a problem, we always solved. People are nice, helpful, I can only recommend.

Never again for me personally! It doesn't make a serious impression on me. I had the older Mercedes-Benz vehicle (year 2000) inspected by the car repair shop before the MOT, so that they would take care of everything for me and provide the MOT. I was very surprised when the car repair shop told me that the vehicle had significant extensive damage and the cost of repairs was about 35 thousand CZK, with the proviso that they could still grow higher (ie at a price probably exceeding the market value). They told me that STK would not arrange for me without these repairs. Specifically, they stated the following: "The vehicle needs extensive repairs - P shock absorbers + H bearings, rear shock absorbers, axial tie rods + steering knuckles + geometry, stabilizer bars, present corrosion on the P axle + sills + rear edges. Preliminary repair price approx. 30,000 - 40,000 , - + additional costs may be incurred during the repair - additional deficiencies are identified. " It surprised me a lot. I drove the car all the time without any problems. A year ago, the vehicle was also in a car repair shop, where the front brakes were changed. If there was more significant damage, it would probably be known. So, since I didn't like it, I decided to have this diagnosis confirmed elsewhere before I definitively buried and destroyed the vehicle. I searched the internet for another car service (just outside Prague) with a very good evaluation, with the proviso that the diagnosis will be confirmed and the vehicle is really in such poor condition. There they absolutely did not understand why the car should have serious problems with MOT. When they read the report from the MK car service, they laughed at it, saying that they were probably just trying to reach me. After this completely different report, I let them have the MOT arrange it for me. They only made me shock absorbers and sprayed the right axle against a little corrosion, and with everything (ie also with the original inspection and MOT equipment) it cost me CZK 5,500. I didn't care about anything. What a difference compared to MK car service! I note that no defect mentioned in the report from the Ministry of Culture was mentioned in the protocol from the STK and I was told that the technician did not even mention anything orally. For the sake of complete fairness, I think it is important to mention that I have had a different but practically identical assessment written here. The current one is only slightly modified, but it describes a completely identical scenario as the previous one. When I wrote the original reviews, they called me from the MK car service to immediately delete the negative reviews on them, otherwise they could sue me (I would be very interested if they use similar practices for other negative reviews.). Since they have no chance at court and they must be very aware of it themselves, I take it purely as intimidation on their part. Nevertheless, I went through the evaluation very thoroughly again to make it as true and accurate as possible. Everything went well as it happened (I didn't change anything in principle, many sentences are completely identical.), However, I concluded that some of the expressive terms used (especially the term "smejd" once used) were not used appropriately, because I cannot reliably assess and evaluate the actual condition of the vehicle and I am based only on significantly different conclusions of both car repair shops and the results at the MOT. It was probably not right to use this term, even though MK autoservis can and does affect me, and I can apologize for that, which is what I do. Nevertheless, the company left me with a very negative feeling. If I didn't have the exit from the MK car service checked elsewhere, I would now be completely without a vehicle, or pay an insane amount. Not to mention the subsequent intimidation.

Perfectly done work for a good price. I commend the approach of Mr. Hubáček, who very willingly explained everything to me, showed me, advised and it was clear that he really likes his job. I will definitely recommend to friends and when I need to, I will stop again.
