Rozvody mne vysli misto domluvenych neco pres 20 tis na 41 tisic ...nauctovanych hodne dilu, ktere nebyli vymeneny...krom toho na auto sem cekal pres tri tydny i kdyz sem ho privezl na domluveny termin. Za mne posledni navsteva a nedoporucuji navstevovat tenhle servis. I had my car serviced. Divorces sent me instead of the agreed-upon just over 20,000 to 41,000 ... adored a lot of parts that were not replaced ... besides, I waited for the car for over three weeks, even though I brought it to the agreed deadline. Last visit for me and I do not recommend visiting this service.
J	JeduDashcam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší autorizovaný servis v Praze myslím nenajdete, odtah přímo zařízený od Kia centrály na jejich přeplněné parkoviště a v podstatě Vám řeknou ať si najdete místo kde si to složíte, že na to nemají čas. Poslouchat kňourajícího přijímacího technika, pro kterého je po hlubokém nádechu vše problém je opravdu bizár, náhradní auto nedostanete protože z centrály jim ani nedají vědět že jimi zařízený odtah jede k nim a oni auta nemají a tečka. Jen škoda že nejde dát žádná hvězdička. I don't think you'll find a worse authorized service in Prague, a tow directly furnished from the Kia headquarters to their crowded parking lot, and they basically tell you to find a place where you can take it, they don't have time for it. Listening to a whining receptionist, for whom everything is a problem after a deep breath, is really a bizarre, you don't get a spare car because they don't even let them know from the headquarters that the tow they set up goes to them and they don't have cars and dot. It's a pity that no star can be given.
M	Martin Vejlupek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 3 telefonátech (kde se doprošuji o naceneni zakázky na servis) vzdávám. Pokud nezvládnou ani nacenit zakázku, pochybuji že dokážou auto opravit. Horší přístup jsem neviděl. After 3 phone calls (where I ask for the price of the service contract) I give up. If they can't even price the order, I doubt they can fix the car. I have not seen a worse approach.

Přístup k zákazníkům skvělý, čistota vozu po předání perfektní, dodržování objednaných a dohodnutých termínů 100%. Otevřenost, férovost, žádné snahy na to vás natáhnout na servisních úkonech či materiálu. Perfektní. Se svým Stingerem budu rozhodně jezdit sem a pokud další vůz bude značky Toyota, Kia, Nissan či Mitsubishi, tak budu opět jezdit sem. After testing most of the authorized KIA service centers in Prague, where they are also able to service Kia Stinger GT cars, I can say that AUTOBOND is clearly the best. Great approach to customers, cleanliness of the car after delivery perfect, adherence to ordered and agreed deadlines 100%. Openness, fairness, no effort to pull you to service or material. Perfect. I will definitely drive here with my Stinger and if the next car is Toyota, Kia, Nissan or Mitsubishi, I will drive here again.

Přišel jsem 11:01, prodavač mě zaregistrovat, pozdravil a jal se prodávat Ceeda nebo Sportage nebo co vlastně staršímu páru. Bez jakéhokoliv dalšího zájmu kohokoliv z personálu 35 minut přešlapuju po showroomu. Odjíždím. Nakoupím jinde. Děkuji za ztrátu času. I had a KIA Stinger test drive scheduled for 11:00. I arrived at 11:01, the salesman registered me, greeted me and went to sell Ceeda or Sportage or whatever the older couple. Without any further interest from any of the staff, I walk the showroom for 35 minutes. I'm leaving. I'll buy elsewhere. Thank you for wasting time.
