Zákaznický přístup od Nissanu je jednoduchý - dokázat zákazníkům, že koupit jejich auto je jejich největší chyba. Při koupi vozu slíbí i modré z nebe. Při reálném požadavku na náhradní auto při nefunkčnosti toho koupeného jen suše oznámí, že Nissan služby zrušil... Při koupi jsme dostali krásné brožury You + Nissan kde byl příslib náhradního vozu zdarma vždy pokud je auto v servisu. Bohužel je to jen příslib. Řešení reklamace mého vozu s motorem opakovaně v nouzovém režimu trvalo skoro měsíc a náhradní vůz jsem si musel zařídit sám. Dnes další zkušenost u druhého zde servisovaného vozu. Objednat auto na servis trvalo skoro dva měsíce. Napřed se nešlo vůbec dovolat. Dá se říci, že na telefon nikdo nereagoval několik týdnů. Termín "garančky" nám dali za tři týdny a dnes oznámili, že nám asi neuznají předplacený servis, protože jsme ho o dva dny přetáhli. Prostě nádhera. Mohu doporučit jen jedno - zdaleka se vyhněte jak Nissanu tak i této firmě. Docela mě mrzí, že nelze dát nula hvězdiček... Never more. Neither this company nor Nissan !!! The service is absolutely tragic and incompetent. The customer approach from Nissan is simple - proving to customers that buying their car is their biggest mistake. When buying a car, the blue from the sky also promises. In the event of a real request for a spare car, if the purchased one malfunctions, he will only announce that Nissan has canceled the services ... During the purchase, we received beautiful You + Nissan brochures where the promise of a spare car was free whenever the car is in service. Unfortunately, this is just a promise. It took almost a month to resolve a complaint about my car with the engine repeatedly in emergency mode, and I had to arrange a replacement car myself. Today, another experience with the second car serviced here. It took almost two months to order the car for service. At first it was impossible to call at all. It can be said that no one answered the phone for several weeks. They gave us the term "guarantees" in three weeks and today they announced that they will probably not recognize the prepaid service because we have extended it by two days. Simply beautiful. I can only recommend one thing - by far avoid both Nissan and this company. I'm quite sorry you can't give zero stars ...
