Jsem potěšený přístupem majitele, který je vždy v obraze, co se na dílně děje, o jakého zákazníka jde a kvalita servisu je na vysoké úrovni. Vyslechnou, poradí, opraví, vymění, ale tak, aby vám to nevytahalo z kapes víc, než to opravdu stojí, přičemž používají díly a postupy autorizovaných servisů. Troufnu si směle napsat, že tento servis kvalitou práce, ochotou i chováním k zákazníkovi, překoná většinu autorizovaných servisů. Plná spokojenost se dvěma auty. I confirm that 5 stars really deserve service and I give them as well. I am pleased with the approach of the owner, who is always in the picture, what is happening in the workshop, what the customer is about and the quality of service is at a high level. They listen, advise, repair, replace, but so that it doesn't get more out of your pocket than it really costs, using parts and authorized service procedures. I dare to write that this service will surpass most authorized services due to the quality of work, willingness and behavior towards the customer. Full satisfaction with two cars.

Tam je to jen něco za něco, ale peníze je potřeba vydělávat slušně a za kvalitní práci!....Bohužel musím reagovat na Vaší odpověď..Pokud bych měla sdělit co následovalo po mé recenzi,která byla pravdivá a Google si ji vyžádal až teď, tak už by bylo všem jasné, jak to vše je.Vážený pane Braný....děkuji za Vaši reakci a ne jen za tu písemnou. Teď vím, že jsem se nemýlila.Přeji hodně štěstí. Jeden názor od ženské Vás nemůže přeci takto rozhodit a ani poškodit! Třeba byla chyba v někom jiném a komunikaci,ale i to se stává. Ať se vám daří Expensive, poor quality and, most importantly, very poor service. There is just something for something, but the money needs to be earned decently and for quality work! .... Unfortunately I have to respond to your answer..If I should say what followed my review, which was true and Google requested it now, it would be clear to everyone how it all is. P	Petr Zapo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto bezkonkurenční autoservis v poměru cena/kvalita. Vřele doporučuji. Naleznete zde milý a profesionální přístup, velice ochotný personál. Navíc se jedná o autorizovaný bosch servis, technici si v našem případě poradili i s nákupem dílu, který se prodává pouze v sadě a ušetřili nám i pojišťovně nemalé peníze. Jediné mínus je špatné parkování v areálu ZEZ. Za mě ale stále plných pět hvězd Absolutely unrivaled car service in terms of price / quality. I warmly recommend. You will find here a nice and professional approach, very helpful staff. In addition, it is an authorized bosch service, in our case the technicians managed to buy a part that is only sold in a set and saved us and the insurance company a lot of money. The only downside is poor parking in the ZEZ area. But still five stars for me

They don't fix things with just a hammer, nor replace half the car for something simple. Office is managed by a very friendly and knowledgable person who is patient enough to deal with my limited Czech (and understands English well when I explain what I tried to tell him in that challenging language).
