★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry ESA Brno, but each visit to ESA is to find out how retarded things can be and just waste time. You advertise great discounts for credit. Waited 3 hours just to find out that advertised monthly payment was 2 times less than real one. Next time you even can't calculate the price without giving 3000 czk nonrefundable deposit to deliver car to Brno from Prague. So have to pay non refundable deposit and wait for half a week just to get to know what is the total price for the car? WTH? Well at least seller was honest saying that his colleges on email and phone will tell you anything just to get customers inside. Crazy to think that there are still companies that get customers that way, but here you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't eve try. Had second poor experience with me , It started with the lady on the call from call center who was persuating me for 3 days to come and try to sell the car. She was promising that they changed and i will not have poor experience again :). After i decided to give a second shot, they inspected the car for 5 minutes and after informed me they are not intrested in the car cause they have too many of those and my car does not sell well on the market :-D.
Again waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not a lot of people that speak english, if you need one, please ask for Lukas Jahoda. He was very nice and attentions, explaining all he could. If the car you choose is from abroad then be ready to wait more than 3 weeks for all the paperwork to arrive at your home. I believe it would be much quicker if the car is from Czech. You can leave with the car in the same day. Being a foreigner is going to be difficult to get a loan so its better if you have it to pay in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to sell a car to them was a complete waste of time. They first lured me in with huge promises, then they made me wait a long time to make me angry and frustrated to get advantage over me, so that I would sell cheap. A month later they called me saying that they had a missed call from me. They didn't forget to ask me whether I've sold the car. There was no missed call, they just wanted to spy on me to possibly get advantage of me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even waste your time in life to bother visiting. They broke my car's part during test drive while I wanted to sell my car. They did the typical conversation to bargain with me like I was a kid who doesn't know the price of car. Was I in a Chinese wet market to bargain for vegetable price? They would further hassle you on phone while you are on the way driving back home by car.

I’d never recommend it to anyone
Bad at communication. Not willing to show you the cars you want to see. Showing you cars that are actually reserved wasting your time. If you speak English only they even laugh at you. They promise discount which they don't communicate in exact figures.
Me personally I had a Very bad experience. Don't recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car is fine and excellent quality but I've just bought it so I don't have a loan. Problem is that the settlement with Ceska Sporitelna Auto Leasing meant I had to pay all future interest on the loan. My advice is do not take out a loan on the car you buy as if you wish to exit it early you will get no benefits at all. They gave me a deal on my Zivno and not as a Natural Person. Complete waste of time!!!! Anyway, it's now paid and I can move on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well deserved one star. They managed to sell a car that can't be closed. When returned next day they told well here you signed somewhere in the documents that car might need some repairs. And that is after I asked 2 salesmen and a technician if cars has technical faults and answer was clear NO. They are a bunch of liars, didn't provide the fix. And story gets even worse - after original contact sensor was ordered it didn't fit by the VIN number. And price of a car was 200 000. Don't even bother PS: "of course complaints department deals with every complaint" so I came there next day to waste even more time, filed the complaint and the result was absolutely nothing - you have "agreed to buy car that might need some repairs". And even if you can't close car and we didn't inform you before doesn't bother us you have agreed to it in 50 pages contract. I escalated issue to CEO and lawyer responded exactly the same. Any more answers, AutoEsa?
