★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se třemi auty jsem zde byl na výkup a pokaždé mne chtěli oškubat jak slepici. Rádoby profík oblézá auto aby našel co nejvíce možností, jak srazit cenu na nesmysl. Poslední zkušenost byla taková, že mi za auto nabídli 15 000, tak jsem se otočil, zajel do Áček a bez otravného smlouvání dostal 40 000, což už je rozdíl. Do Auto Esa už po těchto zkušenostech nevlezu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád bych se s Vámi podělil o koupi auta Škoda Octavie 2 z této pobočky.
Po výběru auta a následné 3-4 km projíždce jsme byli seznámeni s tech.stavem vozidla kde nám bylo řečeno že řízení auta táhne mírně doprava jinak vše ok což i tak vypadalo.
Po vyřízení potřebných dokladů (tady se musím zastavit nad milou a příjemnou obsluhou která nám vše vysvětlila) jsme odjeli domů.
Po ani necélem měsíci se začaly na autě projevovat závady.Nepřirozený zvuk motoru turbo přestalo fungovat a auto padalo do nouzového režimu.Takže oprava dalších x tisíc.
Při pokusu o reklamaci nám písemně přišlo ze se omlouvají ale reklamace nebyla uznána že jsme byli seznámeni s technickým stavem vozidla.
Z mého pohledu v tomhle směru velké zklamání a určitě koupi auta z Esa nedoporučuji

From my point of view, I do not recommend buying a car from Ace in this respect and I definitely do not recommend buying a car from Ace

It’s bit far from the city. They also offer to pick you up. But dropping you back depends ?. Staffs try their best to give you all the information you need. Better call them before checking if they have the model you want, even if not they try to bring it from different city for a refundable transfer deposit of 2000czk
