Pan přijímací technik v servisu mi sdělil, že toto nastavení mi mohou udělat až v polovině prosince (to chápu a respektoval bych to). Následně se mě technik zeptal, proč to potřebuji. Řekl jsem mu, že po opravě, kterou mi udělali jinde. Poté mě technik "slušně vyhodil" s tím, že mi to neudělají... Nakonec jsem byl za to rád, protože mi klapku nastavil "na doporučení" neautorizovaný servis "za pár korun" s originál softwarem Škody. Je to už druhá moje špatná zkušenost s touto firmou (první, když jsem kupoval nové auto) Chtěl jsem si naspecifikovat nějakou výbavu a to byl problém, se kterým mi pomohla až konkurence naproti, kde to problém nebyl. This is my second bad experience with this company (the first when I bought a new car) I wanted to specify some equipment and it was a problem that the competition opposite helped me, where it was not a problem. In a few days the car was ready ...

Například zaplacená prodloužená záruka, která u vozu následně chybí na což se přišlo až díky návštěvě v jiném servisu Škoda. Servis průměrný, jakmile jde o složitější věc například u infotainmentu, tak se neorientují a ani není příliš velká snaha problém řešit. Opět vyřešeno až návštěvou v jiném autorizovaném servisu ŠKODA. Well, there's not much to evaluate in this store.
