★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu souhlasit s negativní recenzí níže. Pán za přepážkou na telefonu vždycky v pohodě, služby ok. Doporučuju se objednat, nelze očekávat, že přijedete bez ohlášení a hned se tam z vás všichni podělají.
I can't agree with the negative review below. The gentleman behind the counter on the phone is always fine, service ok. I recommend ordering, you can't expect to come unannounced and all of you will be there right away.

Nejen, že to skřípe v interních znalostech prodeje přes spřízněný eshop, ale hlavně v chování k zákazníkovi. Drze a bez upozornění naúčtuje částku o 10% víc než je hodnota objednávky v eshopu(ipneu.cz) a argumentuje, že každé ráno se hodnota slev mění.. Druhý den díky konzultaci s eshopem rozdíl vrácen. Ale opět strohá sms bez omluvy "přijeďte si pro zbylých xyz" . Takhle teda profesionální služba nevypadá.
