R	Robert N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezouval jsem zde auto. Vse probehlo standardne, auto jsem mel za kratko prezuto. Vse dobry az do chvile, kdy jsem s autem najel na okruh a rozjel se vyssi rychlosti. Auto zacalo od 110 km/h brutalne vibrovat a kopat do volantu. Protoze jsem se na vyvazovani osobne dival a videl same nuly po vyvazeni, prisuzoval jsem vibrace krivym/bouchnutym alu diskum. Objednal jsem se tedy k odbornikum na rovnani alu kol. Ovsem ti pri kontrole zjistili, ze kola jsou naprosto v poradku a ze problem je ve spatnem vyvazeni na stroji, ktery neni kalibrovan, nebo ani nelze kalibrovat (typicke u levnych pneuservisu). Prevazovala se vsechna 4 kola!!! Odchylka byla i 50g!!! Kdyz jsem pany s touto skutecnosti tentyz den konfrontoval, tak se k chybe nijak nehlasili a blabolili, ze jsem jediny... Kdyz jsou v sezone schopni vas prezout okamzite na pockani, nejsou prehlceni frontami zakazniku, tak to o necem svedci...Velmi nedoporucuji I moved the car here. The car started to vibrate brutally from 110 km / h and kick into the steering wheel. Since I personally drew on the balance and saw the same zeros after the balance, I attributed vibrations to the crooked / banged aluminum disc. So I ordered an expert on straightening alu wheels. However, you have found out that the wheels are absolutely in order and that the problem is poorly balanced on a machine that is not calibrated or cannot be calibrated (typically at cheap tire repair shops). All 4 laps were tied !!! Deviation was also 50g !!! When I confronted the gentlemen with this fact the same day, so they did not vote for the error and blabolili that I was the only ... When they are able to see you immediately in season, they are not overwhelmed by the queues of customers, so it witness something ... nedoporucuji
T	Tereza B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, není co vytknout. Výborná komunikace, super rychlá oprava (auto opraveno ještě v ten den, co jsem ho přivezla) a férové ceny. Absolute satisfaction, there is nothing to complain about. Excellent communication, super fast repair (the car was repaired the day I brought it) and fair prizes.

To co jsem si myslel, že bude pořádný problém byla nakonec jen drobná věc, ale to nic nemění na tom, že jednání pánů v servise bylo absolutně profesionální a velice příjemné. Návštěva v servise v nás celkově zanechala skvělý dojem a jistě jejich služeb příště opět velice rádi využijeme, děkuji. Hello, last week we were solving a power failure. What I thought was going to be a real problem was just a small thing, but that doesn't change the fact that the service of the gentlemen in the service was absolutely professional and very pleasant. Visiting the service has left us with a great impression and we will certainly be happy to use their services next time, thank you.

Přijel jsem tam s prasklými vlnovci na obou stranách, a jejich šéf (zmrd od pohledu) auto zvednul, ukazuje na a povídá: "No, tak to bude za osum tisíc pane za jeden, to je úplně celý v pdeli!" A pak ještě třešničku na dortu, ukázal na zrezlý klemy a že prej litr za jednu :D Pro doplnění, jeden vlnovec (pružná část výfuku) stojí 350 Kč jeden!!! Tedy chtěl mě natáhnout o 15 000. Nechápu, jak takovej podnik může existovat. Podávám stížnost na ČOI. Scammers. The worst service I've ever met. I arrived there with cracked bellows on both sides, and their boss picked up the car, pointed at it and said, "Well, it'll be eight thousand sir for one, that's all in the p * deli!" And then the icing on the cake, pointed to the rusted clemates and that they say a liter for one: D In addition, one bellows (flexible part of the exhaust) costs 350 CZK one !!! So he wanted to stretch me by 15 000. I do not understand how such a business can exist. I file a complaint with CTI.
F	Filip Škoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno jsem byl navštívit tento servis se svým Renaultem abych si od pánů nechal přehodit gumy a zároveň se poptal co mi to drhne v pravém zadním kole, bylo mi řečeno, že je to zralý na komplet výměnu koučů + destiček za 8 200(opravdu orig. díly stojí kolem 6,5tis.) Upozorňuji, že se na to dívali oba mechanici a odkejvali to. Když jsem s údivem říkal, že auto má najeto pouhých 29 xxx/km tak mi bylo "je to Renault no"... Nedalo mi to a vzal jsem auto do jiného servisu kde mi sdělili, že kotouče jsou na 80%(tzn. 20% opotřebení) a že mi vymění pouze destičky - zlomek ceny. Radši ani nechci domýšlet co si navymýšleli když jsem zde byl se svojí stařičkou Fabií. Suma sumárum, tento servis nedoporučuji a k pánům už nezajedu ani na přehození kol. Recently I was visiting this service with my Renault to let the gentlemen to switch tires and at the same time asking what it scrubs in the right rear wheel, I was told that it is mature to complete the exchange of coaches + pads for 8 200 (really orig. parts cost around 6.5k.) Please note that both mechanics were looking at it and chasing it off. When I was surprised to say that the car has only 29 xxx / km and I was "it's Renault no" ... I could not and I took the car to another service where they told me that the wheels are 80% (ie. 20% wear) and that they only change my pads - a fraction of the price. I don't even want to guess what they invented when I was here with my old Fabia. To sum up, I do not recommend this service and the gentlemen will not drive the wheels.
M	Mojmir Svabik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, pane Nahapetjane, nemůžu souhlasit s vaší recenzí na náš autoservis a musím zareagovat. Váš vůz jsme přezouvali minulý týden a s reklamací jste přijel po týdnu. Telefonicky jste nás o problému v den přezutí vůbec neinformoval. Jen jste říkal, že jste byl jinde a také jste nebyl spokojen. U přezouvání a vyvažování jste byl a vše jste viděl, tedy i nuly. Ano, může se stát, že závaží odpadne, ale aby odpadlo na čtyřech kolech najednou by bylo dost divné. Kdybyste nás informoval o problému, jak říkáte hned, tak bychom vše napravili, s tím vůbec nemáme problém. Co se týká Vašeho argumentu, že u nás nejsou fronty - na to je jednoduchá odpověď...za prvé v čase Vašeho přezutí, bylo už po sezóně (všichni zodpovědní už přezuto měli), za druhé nejsme servis, kde bychom se flákali a přezouvali auto hodinu. Máme vytyčený čas a ten se snažíme dodržovat. Levný servis jsme proto, milý pane, že jsme lidští a nemusíme každého stahovat z kůže, to není náš styl. Stroje určitě laciné nebyli, to je jednoduše doložitelné a pokud Vás zajímá zkalibrování, to můžeme doložit dokladem a i Vám ukázat, jak se to dělá. O kvalitě našeho servisu svědčí spousta spokojených a vracejících se zákazníků. We moved your car last week and you came back with a complaint after a week. You did not tell us about the problem by phone on the day of the change. You just said that you were elsewhere and you were also not satisfied. You were and you saw everything, including zeros. Yes, weights may fall off, but to fall off on four wheels at once would be weird enough. If you let us know about the problem, as you say now, we would fix everything, we have no problem at all. Regarding your argument that there are no queues in our country - that is a simple answer ... firstly at the time of your changeover, it was already over the season (all those responsible had changed), car hour. We have set the time and we try to keep it. Because we are an inexpensive service, dear sir, that we are human and do not have to pull everyone off, this is not our style. The machines were certainly not cheap, it is easy to prove and if you are interested in calibrating, we can document and show you how to do it. Poměr ceny a kvality je za mě super, ráda sem jezdím a s prací jsem byla vždycky spokojená :-) Můžu jen doporučit I value time flexibility the most - gentlemen always find time for me in a few days, everything is ready to wait quickly or in the afternoon at the latest. The price-quality ratio is great for me, I like to come here and I have always been satisfied with the work :-) I can only recommend

So I came back a second time for switching summer to winter pneumatics after appointment by email. They did a good and fast job for a good price. After that I tried to contact them for an appointment for switching pneumatics again but there s no way they answer my emails. I tried calling but because my Czech is not good it was impossible to talk.
