A pretty big company/ garage. Looks very professional. Clean, open and relatively easy to find and access. Close to tram and bus if you drop your car. Friendly staff, English also available/ possible. No English on the phone, unfortunately.

Good service station. Very kind employees. I had a broken oil filter. And though they had no free slot, they repaired it as fast as they could.

I experienced a lot of car dealers in Prague during the end of 2017 and Jarov is one of the most professional and customer oriented. If you don't speak Czech they will take care you are helped by someone who does speak English. No nonsense policy, you can make a deal if you are reasonable and they are cooperative with arranging temporary license plates, tax refund, etc. I recommend them.

Professional and great customer service. They speak English fluently. Mr. Roman Valoušek in customer service was so helpful.

I went there with issue on my car that make me not be able to use normally, they didnt want to look as they were busy and said that if i want they would have a place in 30 days at earliest. And recommend that I should park my car in garage and wait. Worst customer service!!! E-mail send and no feedback. :(

Review updated, read until the end... ----------- Service was good when buying the car, however after that, for regular service be ready to be over charged. 3 points to highlight: 1. The car I bought from Skoda Plus started showing low level of oil after 500km, means that they sold the car without checking the oil. 2. At the first service I was told that I should change the break pads and pay 12000czk for that. Difficult to believe that break pads should be changed so early. After I rejected it they said that it should be able to drive many more thousands. 3. When ordering winter tires their prices were at least 1000czk more expensive than anywhere else I looked, at the end I ordered the tires and services at Eurotyres, where the service was great and price reasonable. ========= Update after the response from Autojarov: 1. I did contact the sales representative who sold me the car, he contacted the service and recommended me to add 1l of oil and wait until the first regular maintenance for the full oil change. I did as recommended. But again, I would expect this to be checked prior to selling the car. 2. Correct, I did not accept the changes of the break pads because the service confirmed it was not required and I could still wait up to 10000km. 3. Correct, nobody forced me to buy the tires in Autojarov, I bought the tires elsewhere and that is exactly what I wanted to highlight to other customers, the high prices from Autojarov so they make an informed decision. I would however have preferred to have the service from Autojarov if prices were reasonable. Thank you for your response.

That's probably the biggest Mall with cars in Prague. I am using regularly their car service. Auto Jarov is usually very fast with repairing cars
