★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekal jsem, když jsem byl zprávou vyzván, že je moje objednávka připravena, že bude opravdu připravena a ne, že dalších 15 minut budu čekat než to ochotný personál napočítá.
 I waited when I was asked by the message that my order was ready, that it would be really ready, and not that I would wait another 15 minutes before the helpful staff counted.

Objednávka udělaná přes eshop dopoledne. Odpoledne přišel mail ,že je zboží připraveno k odberu. Vyrazil jsem na pobočku kde jsem čekal asi 25 minut na to než zaměstnanci našli ručník který jsem měl objednany a připravený k vyzvednutí. Todle mi nepřijde moc profesionalni. Na druhou stranu se prodavači za zdržení omluvili a za to mají hvezdicku.
I do not highly recommend
Order made through the eshop in the morning. An e-mail arrived in the afternoon that the goods were ready for collection. I went to the branch where I waited for about 25 minutes before the employees found a towel that I had ordered and ready to pick up. I don't think it's very professional here. On the other hand, the salesmen apologized for the delay and they have an asterisk for that.
