★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehorázný přístup, neskutečná komunikace. Auto měsíc v servise, po měsíci slíbeno, že auto bude do týdne opraveno. Po týdnu píšu sms, volám-bez odezvy..dochází mi trpělivost, jedu tam osobně, je mi řečeno, že auto ještě není. Kdybych se neozval, vůbec by mi ani nedali vědět. Hrůza, nedoporučuju.
Outrageous approach, unreal communication. Car month in the service, after a month promised that the car will be repaired within a week. After a week I write sms, call-no response .. I run out of patience, I go there personally, I am told that the car is not yet. If I hadn't heard from them, they wouldn't even let me know. Horror, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto firmou mám bohaté a můžu říct výborné zkušenosti, kdykoliv byl problém, tak i když byly 3 hodiny ráno, tak přímo pan majitel zajistil odtah a nějak situaci vyřešil. Vřele doporučuji!
I have a lot of experience with this company and I can say great experience whenever there was a problem, so even if it was 3am, the owner directly provided the tow and somehow resolved the situation. I warmly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vřele doporučuji auto servis JARA carservice s.r.o. Kdy díky opravy závady na mém vozidle Audi, závadu jako jediní velice rychle zjistili, opravili a navíc zapůjčili náhradní vozidlo. K tomu všemu vzorový přístup k zákazníkovi.
Díky tomuhle se stali mým servisem jedna a servisuju v tomto servise veškeré svá vozidla a jsem spokojen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před pár dny se mi vrátilo auto, které jsem tam dával s prasklým těsněním pod hlavou. Podle toho, že mám teď pocit, že jsem dostal zpatky Bugatti Veyron, je vidět, že odvedli kus dobré práce. Vyměnili a vyčistili vše potřebné a to včetně klimatizace, u které jsem ani nevěděl, že už taky potřebuje servis (teď jede jak ďas). Dostal jsem dokonce slevu na díly, takže to nebyla ani taková pálka, jaké jsem se bál.
A few days ago, my car came back, which I put there with a cracked seal under my head. From the fact that I now feel that I got the Bugatti Veyron back, it can be seen that they did a good job. They replaced and cleaned everything they needed, including the air conditioning, which I didn't even know needed service (now it's like a goose). I even got a discount on parts, so it wasn't even the bat I was afraid of.
