C	Chris H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně amatérský přístup, udělají více škody než užitku, neprofesionální jednani, servis který neumí opravovat auta,, vsechny koberce uvnitř auta od oleje,sedačky uvolněné nezacvaknute zpátky a nechají vás odjed bez funkčních brzd(a to jsem čekal 3 dny na odvzdusneni brzd,ani to nezvladl) a jakákoliv reklamace je zbytečná neboť neboť majitel,který dostal servis od svého tatínka absolutně nechápe realitu a žije ve svém imaginarnim světě.Hleda vždy důvody a problémy kde nejsou,namísto hledání správného řešení. Do servisu se jezdí spravovat auta,což tento neumí, doporučuji jakýkoliv v okolí, mimo tenhle.Pri návštěvě soukromého servisu u Opavy, mi byli vakuovym způsobem odvzdusneny brzdy během 5 ti minut a teď brzdí auto tak jak má. Kdyby neměl nasmlouvane opravy firemních aut z OKD Ostrava,tak by neměl žádné zákazníky a určitě ne stálé..Dělají ostudu dobrým a zkušeným mechanikum.Radeji se vyhýbat těmto místům, ale člověk se spálí jen jednou,tak raději dám upozornění, aby jste předešli problémům... Za výměnu egr ventilu u Fiata si pan Kmínek účtuje 30 tisíc korun, cena obvyklá by byla kolem 15 tisíc, kdy z toho originál díl, žádná druhovýroba cca 8 tisíc. Dále nadhodnocování oprav, snaha o výměnu funkčních dílů a tragická komunikace. Raději se poohlédnu jinde a pokud se v technice nevyznáte, bude vás chtít opít rohlíkem, za mě velké NE!
