★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobře vybavená autoopravna a pneuservis. 2x jsem tam jel bez objednávky mimo špičku (cca v 10 hodin) a vzali mě okamžitě. Ceny jsou slušné, jednání je taky v pořádku a kvalita práce je dobrá. (Sundání 4 pneu, nasazení na ráfky a vyvážení =580,-)
Well equipped car repair and tire service. I went there twice without an off-peak order (about 10 am) and they took me immediately. The prices are decent, the negotiations are also fine and the quality of work is good. (Removing 4 tires, putting on rims and balancing = 580, -)

Dnes jsem se v 17:30 dovolal do tohoto pneuservisu s prosbou o pomoc s poškozenou pneumatikou, kde jsem byl slečnou, či paní na telefonu striktně odkázán na ráno i přes mé ujištění, že tam mohu být za pár minut a že pomoct bych potřeboval teď, kdy s poškozeným autem stojím na cestě a ne ráno. Myslím si, že pneuservis by se měl starat o své zákazníky hlavně tehdy, kdy jsou v nesnázích a ne jen tehdy, když jim prodává nové pneumatiky.
Za mě palec dolů a přezutí i nové pneumatiky, už budu příště řešit jen v pneuservisu, kde se o mne postarali i dnes.

Horrible experience from today's evening!
Today I got through at 17:30 to tire of asking for help with a damaged tire, where I was a girl, or lady on the phone strictly confined to the morning despite my assurances that I can be there in a few minutes that I need help now when a damaged car standing on the road and not in the morning. I think the tire should take care of your customers especially when they are in trouble, and not only when it sells new tires.
For me thumbs down and shoes and new tires, I'll just deal with next in the tire, which take care of me today.

Vše ostatní ale dělají spolehlivě. Skladování kol, která jsou mimo sezonu je příjemný bonus.
As if the ordering system did not exist, it works so badly that one has to order yourself anyway.
But they do everything else reliably. Storing bikes that are out of season is a nice bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kluci jsou rychlí, precizní a navrch je s nimi sranda. Výměna všech 4 zadních gum na solo kamionu otázka asi hodinky. Na příjmu velice příjemná a ochotná paní. Děkuji a určitě jsem zde nebyl naposled.
The guys are fast, precise and fun with them. Replacing all 4 rear rubber solo truck questions about watches. On reception very nice and helpful lady. Thank you and I was definitely not the last one here.
