★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des des des... Ani se mi nechce rozebirat otravenost a namistrovanost prodejcu. Zejmena toho pitomce co resi autobaterie a vubec jim nerozumi, jako napriklad nabijecim charakteristikam atd. Jo a podle nej je 200 amper zatizeni baterie nekolikanasobek skutecneho zatizeni autobaterie pri startu naftoveho dvoulitru.
A nebo jo:
Pri reklamaci te jejich slavne autobaterie Galaxy, kdyz pri druhe zime pri minus deseti nenatocila auto ani po nekolika cyklech nabíjení mimo auto na trech ruznych nabijeckach me poslal do háje s tim, ze je tzv.precyklovana. z jeho popisu bylo jasne ze vůbec nevi co to je. Nehledě na to ze běžný denni provoz do prace a domu a pojizdky plus dovolena v kempu neznamena precyklovani po roce provozu.. Leda pro smejdsky vyrobek.
Prvni věta pri podani reklamace byla za pulsni nabijeckou to nikdy nenabiju.
Pripomenul jsem mu ze presne tu mi k baterce pred rokem prodal..
Tak si vzpomenul a rika podrazdene "jo to byla ta neopravnena reklamace".
Pripomenul jsem mu, ze ji uznali a vratili mi penize...
On na to "ale vzdyt jsme ji pak prodali".
Opet jsem mu pripomenul, ze pri mereni nedavala žádné napeti, a ze je mi lito kupce.
Jak se rika - lehko se prodava, hur uznava reklamace.
Transa uz ne, zakaznik pro ne neni hlavni persona. Jen blbec co nicemu nerozumí.
Ale i ostatni osazenstvo prodejcu Transy nijak ochotou a laskavosti a schopnosti se treba omluvit bohuzel neoplyva.
